Perfect location, clean , comfy, everything you need, couldn’t ask for anything better!!
If you can’t do steps this isn’t for you, we were on a walking holiday so it was great to get those extra steps and the leg muscles moving

Great location with a lovely view, clean and comfortable with everything we need for our stay. Just a few minutes from the town and the beach. Will definitely be returning in the future.
We can’t complain about anything but if you’re not good on your feet the steps to the property are steep but our host had posted a video of the access to the property so we were aware prior to booking so didn’t put us off.

Although we were pre warned about the steps we found them a little tiring for us otherwise it would have been perfect

Well presented and clean. Compact but Contained everything for a few days stay. Car park was some distance away but saved us a fortune in Barmouth parking fees! Great views once we had traversed the steps! Steve was available to answer any questions by phone.
Let down a little by minor things like No bathroom plug Plastic bed lamps No shaving mirror The seating area outside was rather unloved and detracted a little from the views. A great pity was the fact that we were both attacked by seagulls on the steps protecting their young😳
