January Stay!

Fantastic stay at Penbryn. Clear check in instructions. Lovely apartment/flat, very cosy. Perfect size, comfy bed, lovely touches leaving us biscuits and a box of chocolates. Well equipped kitchen. There are a fair few steps up so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, however a couple of things to improve on...... *salt and pepper in the apartment to go with tea, coffee and sugar *just a little bit of tlc required to spruce the accommodation up in places These are in no sense meant to be negative, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect! Second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll come back again. Love the location, worth the steps for the wonderful view. Property has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting different places in Snowdonia.

Pre Christmas bliss and much needed peace.

Location, cleanliness and quietness. Nice touches like milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, detergent and dishwasher tablets.

Brilliant cosy stay in Barmouth

Brilliant spot above town, perfect for getting to the beach and for a pint afterwards! Easy access takes about a minute from the road, stairs are fine. Feels just set back enough and the views are gorgeous. Facilities great and bed very super comfortable. Brilliant communication as well. We will defo be back. Thanks you!

Invigorating, relaxing and ideal to recharge my batteries

Breakfast N/A Location, View, the parking arrangements and the relaxing atmosphere. Loved how milk tea and coffee was there when we arrived and of course must 't forget the box of chocolates.

Quite a few steps up to the apartment and the owners do warn you about it but don't let it put you off, I am 77 and managed them quite easily.

Hidden gem. Burning leg muscles are for sure worth it.

The locations was excellent, the view was brilliant. I could bring a dog with me. Its such a lovely little property thats close to the town and all the walks and it was just so comfortable! So homey feeling. From check in to check out, the host gave videos and very very detailed descriptipns of what, wheres and whens. Cannot fault this one. Will definately be back!

Peaceful seaside location with excellent views

The hosts sent very detailed instructions and videos on how to get to the property and into the property there are a lot of steps that lead upto the property but it’s worth the walk for the views The property has everything you may need for your stay (toaster is in the cupboard under the microwave) and the little gift was appreciated thank you Property was very clean and the bed is so comfy - location is central to all the bars and restaurants. Parking was easy as described by the hosts in We had a great weekend

First trip to Barmouth will not be our last :-)

Property was clean and felt like home from home as soon as we walked in. Everything we would need was to hand. Place was spotless. Bed was super comfy! Hosts were excellent and very accommodating- let us check in a bit earlier was really helpful as we had travelled from Newcastle. They kept us upto date with information from before we arrived until we left.

Stairs going upto the property are very steep and there are quite a few but we were made well aware of this before we arrived so no fault of the hosts

Bank holiday weekend away by the sea.

Excellent views. Comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Nice extra touches. Tea, coffee, milk, chocolates, extra heater, hairdryer, and a blanket. Nice outside seating. Clean. Lots of sockets with extension cables.

Front door glass isn't private. ( I know nobody walks past, but I didn't like it being clear)

Fabulously gorgeous

The apartment was fantastic and the views were exceptional 😍 we had everything we needed and the extra special touches from Steve and Julie like tea coffee and milk and the box of chocolates for our arrival were a lovely little surprise. Exceptional short break

Although the property had no parking close by and could only be reached by walking up numerous steps,the view when you reached the property was exceptional. The property itself was clean and we were greeted with a box of chocolates,tea, coffee and milk in the fridge.very nice touch.some short walks were very close by and the views again were outstanding,luckily the weather was perfect every day.the beach was only 5 minutes away, numerous pubs were also only 5 minutes away.A very enjoyable short break

The team managing the property were very flexible, welcoming and prompt (they responded to us straight away which was much appreciated). The property is situated in a great location, and has stunning views. It is a very cosy place, equipped with everything that is necessary - not cluttered.

The Cottage was beautifully presented , very clean and cosy , with lots of added extras which was wonderful.

The steps are a lot, very steep and uneven, nothing to do with the premises at all. But you need to be able to climb a lot of steps , but when you do get there the views are second to none
