Lovely stay..had everything I could wish for..perfect location..wonderful stay.

Perfect location right near the harbour..easy access to everywhere..everything you could wish for.

The courtyard at the rear was unlit when it went dark..not sure if that’s normal.

Fabulous. Didn't want to come home

I cooked my own breakfast so it was lovely 😍. The flat was beautiful, everything you could want and more. The location was perfect.

Very disappointed

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, our stay did not meet an acceptable standard. The apartment had visible cleanliness issues, including cobwebs, and there were several unfinished DIY repairs such as holes in the walls. Heating was inadequate for a winter stay, particularly in the bedroom, which was very cold. The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably between very hot and very cold, making it unsafe to use. We also noticed signs of damp behind the bed, including bubbled plaster and marks that appeared to have been painted over, along with multiple dehumidifiers in the property, which was concerning. Due to these issues, we felt unable to continue our stay and left early. Sadly, this was meant to be a birthday break, and the accommodation fell well below expectations.

We love Barmouth, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is in a great location

Great location, close to the town, harbour and beach.

There were a lot of big bins full of rubbish in the lane which spoils the approach, as did the dirty ashtray in the communal entry. The tap on the bathroom sink is broken (turns round) and needs replacing. There was a builder working on the party roof. He started the cement mixer at 7am. There was a rather last minute notification of the fire alarms needing testing and the guy arrived earlier than expected.

Cozy, comfortable and close to all amenities.

We’ve been to this property twice now and wouldn’t hesitate going there again. It’s a cozy little apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. The bed is so comfy. Trevor the host was very helpful too.

Location was great. A good functional kitchen, although we didn't cook!

A bit of noise from the apartment above. Sofa not very comfortable. Crack in sink in bathroom and loose tap. Shower pressure not great, and base of shower quite slippy. Toaster not working.

Good location. Well stocked with essentials on arrival. Owner text the day before arrival and gave us an early booking. Good tv channel selection. Comfy bed. Free parking permit.

Cosy and well equipped!

Flat was well equipped and cosy, very easy to come and go as we needed. The kitchen was especially helpful to save money on eating out. The tea & coffee provided was also a nice touch.

A comfy bolthole for two right in the centre of things.

We booked this apartment as it is right in the centre of things and the location was just perfect for us and our dog. There are some amazing walks right from the doorstep. The free parking pass was an added bonus and we found so much to do locally that we didn't use the car at all. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen/living area was well equipped although we didn't cook ourselves as there are so many excellent places to eat in Barmouth. We would love to stay again and have recommended it to friends.

Fantastic would absolutely return.

Great location, quiet, clean, dog friendly & tea/coffee with some complimentary Welsh cakes available on arrival was awesome. Would have given full marks if the shower worked properly.

The shower kept going hot/cold & was basically unusable, would have been more of an issue if I had stayed for longer.

A lovely surprise get away

This was a surprise weekend away by my husband for my birthday so i was plesantly surprised to arrive at the accommodation that he had chosen. It is a lovely little flat with everything in that you would need, the rooms are a generous size and comfortable to be in. The flat is within walking distance to the centre of town and very easy to find thanks to the detailed directions from the owner. We would definitely recommend this flat to others and would be more than happy to stay here again in the future

Great little flat

Compact but everything we needed, even tin foil and cling film, coffee n tea n milk. Great location for everything. The parking ticket can be used all over Wales which saves loads of parking fees. There's a list of places on the webpage.

I thought it was abit dear. I wouldv liked to stay longer. The information in the pack for the carpark isn't clear there could just be the list of car parks saving me 20 mins trying to find the information online. And it's not correct.

flat was cold and bathroom even colder , heaters just broke through the coldness , electricity ran out so landlord Trevor was prompt in coming up to top up meter
