Clean and comfortable place close to all amenities.

Everything. Plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. and an air fryer too.

Difficult to open the key safe. Luckily a neighbour saw us struggling and came to help. Otherwise don’t know what we’d have done.

perfect location for barmouth. cottage was 1st class

Miss Owen from the start was brilliant, the fridge in the cottage had packed up, in the meantime a new one was on its way. Because we stayed here in 2019, we knew how things worked, ie where to park for dropping off luggage and how to use the car permit on the main car park.

We have a dog, and with the light mornings, there was no curtains or blinds to cover the sky lights, in saying that, we were in bed early so it didn't bother us, as most mornings we were greeted with blue skies.

would do a 2 night short stay again. couldn’t stay for longer due to uncomfortable bed and sofa.

An absolutely beautiful location and the property couldn’t have been better placed. we met the host who was extremely pleasant. I would have rated the experience far higher if it hadn’t have been for the extremely uncomfortable bed and sofa.

My stay in Barmouth January 2020

Real home from home and more ...very high spec ...very warm welcome ...very dog friendly...perfect peace and quiet...just what I needed ...totally stress free...

There was nothing that I didn't like ...but personal preference would be a bigger screen tv in living area and a tv in the bedroom

Great weekend getaway!

The shower was great and the general feel of the place and style was exceptional. The location was superb. Having a local pub a 2 minute walk away was a bonus and the locals were very friendly.

The bed a little hard but that is my personal preference. There were no tea towels so we bought one and the carpark pass was not in the place, but nothing that spoilt our weekend
