Lovely cosy studio flat in a centre location, near to the beautiful beach, shops and eating places. Good value

Whilst not on the sea front, the property was only a short walk from the prom, and was conveniently situated for local shops and restaurants. It was clean and tidy, and the bed was lovely and comfy. Perfect for an overnight stay.
I visited during the very hot weather, but the fan in the property was very weak and certainly didn't keep me cool. As I was travelling alone, and the property was on the ground floor, I didn't want to leave the windows open overnight - so the lack of an effective fan, with windows needing to remain closed, was a real challenge!! Regardless of whether it was 22 degrees or 32 degrees - the owner might want to invest in a new, more powerful fan for next summer?!

It is compact and very close to the beach, shops, walks.
It was a little noisy, lots going on around.
