Gorgeous views incredible location.

Lovely views, ideal location on the beach front, lovely big sitting/main room, plenty space for our family to relax. Great area, town to visit for our holiday

Could do with a little more, due to basic kitchen (no washer and small fridge with no freezer compartment) Also, could do with drying space or an airer for towels.

2nd year staying in this amazing apartment for the family holiday. Perfect location with a gorgeous view of the sea and the most amazing chair to take the weight off your legs after a long day walking around Barmouth and neighbouring places to visit. Has everything we needed, clean and tidy and quiet evenings. Will be returning hopefully again for next year!

Lounge was very pleasant with a great view .

Kitchen ~ no washing machine , apart from that it is a good space , you need to update bin collection chart. We didn’t know where is a main bin too. Bathroom~ not a great room , shower screen and seal very dirty unpleasant same as inside the bath mouldy and dirty around the shower area, shower screen dirty on the bottom and water was leaking thru , bathroom needs serious tlc, sorry . Bedroom 1 ~Kids bedroom bed needs looking at , maybe needs the screws tighten up, view from bedroom window shocking , Bedroom 2 ~ master bedroom , curtains hanging off the rail ,view from the window shocking , bedding could be better . Overall cleanliness not very good . Feedback is as honest as we can give sadly not great . We had a good stay flat is big and quiet we hope this feedback help sort out few areas needs looking at,main door a bit tricky to open but after few goes we mastered it .
