Hafan Y Traeth Beach Front Apartment in Barmouth

The apartment is in a perfect location, right on the seafront with great views of the sea and a short walk to town, the estuary bridge etc. The living room is very light and airy, with a large bay window and a very comfy lounge chair giving an amazing views. The sofa is also very comfy and gives a view of the beach and sea. The kitchen is well equipped and backs onto the living room.

Despite these next few things, we would stay again. The mattress to the main double bed could be more comfier, the second bedroom would be better if it had another double bed, rather than bunk beds. The bath and shower set up needs replacing, it leaks heavily when used. The internet signal is sporadic, but the weather can affect that. Netflix etc is not set up on the TV, I think this would be a handy addition for those days when the weather is bad and just want to chill.

The world’s most comfy chair and the view was so amazing to while away the hours watching the sea, sky & mountains. Location perfect for beach and town.

Great property, height made the view brilliant, just be aware of lots of stairs.

Kitchen ~ no washing machine , apart from that it is a good space , you need to update bin collection chart. We didn’t know where is a main bin too. Bathroom~ not a great room , shower screen and seal very dirty unpleasant same as inside the bath mouldy and dirty around the shower area, shower screen dirty on the bottom and water was leaking thru , bathroom needs serious tlc, sorry . Bedroom 1 ~Kids bedroom bed needs looking at , maybe needs the screws tighten up, view from bedroom window shocking , Bedroom 2 ~ master bedroom , curtains hanging off the rail ,view from the window shocking , bedding could be better . Overall cleanliness not very good . Feedback is as honest as we can give sadly not great . We had a good stay flat is big and quiet we hope this feedback help sort out few areas needs looking at,main door a bit tricky to open but after few goes we mastered it .
