We were really happy here. It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall. The rooms were comfortable and had air con and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. They also booked a taxi for us when we checked out. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you

Nice hotel in a good location in central Pisa, very walkable into the city centre and only a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Hotel is secure and clean, with easy check-in/check-out. Bed is comfy and the bedroom is spacious. Parking on the street available if required. Hotel can be loud when other guests are leaving their rooms but overall a great experience

We arrived at Pisa airport late in the evening. It cost about 15 Euros to the accommodation by taxi. We moved to Florence next day so it was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was basic but compact and clean. There is a kitchen which is convenient. However, the walls are rather thin and a couple of young tourists were taking rather loudly in the corridor at 11.30pm which was annoying. I had to ask them to be quiet. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation which was convenient for breakfast items. The accommodation is situated in a nice quiet location, not far from the Tower of Pisa. The host, Francesco, is very helpful and communicative. He responded more less immediately to questions we had before arriving which was very impressive.

The check in was straightforward. Francesco provided excellent instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions. Also very friendly. I highly recommend this really nice place.

The property is very cute and convenient walk to old town. The people went out of there way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable. We had a daybed and a double bed. Both seemed to be a matress on slats. The daybed leaned forward. I thought I would fall out. Both were very squeaky and hard. We had a really bad nights sleep. But the place and people were so great, I hate even saying this.

It was hard getting used to not checking in without a real person present, but this location was easy to find and directions were easy to follow. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent neighborhood, and we felt so safe walking around the area at night.

No Internet and a "service light" on the ceiling in the bedroom that comes on randomly and when someone enters, which you can't turn off. The Internet was so spotty and kicked us off so many times, that it was completely useless. Cell coverage was very weak here, so effectively we had limited to no Internet and email access during the stay. Each time you enter the room from the common hallway, and sometimes randomly, a service light will turn on in the bedroom. This a problem if family are sleeping and someone needs to retrieve something after hours from the car or the fridge (which is located in a common kitchen area, not in the apartment). This "service" light stays on for several minutes and you cannot turn it off, it turns off on a timer.

CAUTION ⚠️ This property had a terrible sewer smell. I assume the odor was coming from one or more of the drains but not sure. When we arrived the unit had a strong smell of a deodorizer, so the owner must be aware of the smell. The deodorizer smell was soon overtaken by the sewer odors. Is a really rough night. My wife was so disgusted she couldn't even drink water. The unit is below ground which is somewhat negative, but would be fine if not for the horrendous odors.

Good communication with host through whattsapp. Although never saw anyone in lerson they were easy to get in touch with. Room was a good size, well maintained and clean. Wine was a nice touch. Only complaint was it was a little noisy, as we were over stairwell doors and people coming up stair late into the night.

fantastic communication from the host. The ability to leave luggage really helped as we only wanted to stay a day but still do everything - which we were able to do. It is easy to get to from the airport and easy to get into central Pisa for sights and food and drink. It's also just far away enough from the hubub for a good night's sleep. The shutters were really good at keeping light out so we could sleep well. We wouldn't have minded a double mattress instead of two pushed together, but this was minor. The room was clean and comfortable with good shower facilities and we would stay again if we come back to Pisa.

From start to finish Francesco and his staff could not be more helpful. Excellent English, lots of helpful advice about getting out and about. Spacious clean bright rooms modern with all the essentials.
