Average hotel, convenient for the airport, room in need of redecorating - dirty carpet, lots of marks on the walls, broken tiles in the bathroom, leaky sink and also from the Aircon. Breakfast ok. Lots of people outside the front of the hotel smoking

The twin beds were small . Requested Double beds but got twin bed. Even then beds were so small that I cannot sleep for 3 nights . It is an airport hotel so requested to change every day but no help. Staff was really nasty and unprofessional. I will probably never book room with Expedia due to unacceptable and inaccurate descriptions of properties. No mini fridge or Tea making facilities in room. Th breakfast was poor with things running out and coffee machine broken all the time. Worst was beds and front office staff attitude.

Room was ok, but restaurant was closed. I booked this hotel because it's on1.5 miles to FLR airport. But they don't any shuttle (free or with fee). The desk did call a taxi for me, but the charge turned out to be 34 Euro for that sort 15 mile ride.

Very convenient to the Florence airport (30 minute easy walk). Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled awful (like sewer, even after spraying freshener), the A/C didn’t work for the entire building and it was hot and humid because of the rain. Opened the window but didn’t help with the humidity, plus it’s a noisy area so couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise.

Very basic room, only one towel for two people and one pillow each. Bar was closed (we got there early evening). Surly breakfast host, tasteless food. We only chose this hotel because it was convenient as our flight from Florence had been cancelled. We didn’t have high expectations and it didn’t even meet those!

We woke up in the middle of the night because the heat in the room was unbearable. The only perk it’s that is really close to the airport, but it’s almost not worth it because the taxi charged us 40 euros for a 5 minute drive. Horrible experience, please don’t go to this hotel

We booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight from Firenze airport and this hotel was classed as an airport hotel. We had to take a taxi as there is no airport shuttle provided and the cost of this for a 7 minute journey ended up costing 40 Euros. Hotel was nice, clean and had the facillities needed but unless there is an airport shuttle provided kn the future I would most likely opt against staying here if we needed a place to stay before an early morning flight again.

Service desk was not helpful at all - I checked in as one person but was charged double during my stay and the staff would not refund me the extra that I was charged. The room was outdated, the carpet floors were dusty, the air conditioner was noisy, old and dusty, there were mosquitoeS (yes, multiple mosquitoes) in the room that made it really hard for me to sleep at night. No drinking water, water boiler, refrigerator or safe was provided in the room. The bathroom amenities included: all in one shampoo+shower gel+hand wash, towels, a hairdryer, 2 paper cups and nothing else. Location is only convenient if reached by car. Room was OVERPRICED - it felt like staying in a 1 or 2 stars hotel for the price of a 4 stars hotel. NEVER coming back again.
