Standard hotel

The breakfast selection was plentiful and enjoyable. They brew coffee right there, so it's satisfying. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable to stay in. It was nice to be able to have dinner at the hotel.

There are many group guests staying, so there aren't enough elevators. If the timing is bad, guests may have to wait a long time before being shown to their room.

Right place for mosquitos lovers

Restaurant and staff were good!

The room was dirty and full of mosquitos(12 killed). The solution proposed by the staff was not applicable. We slept few hours and we left as soon as possible.

It is dirty, far from everything, Shuttle is as expensive as taxi and staff intentionnally don’t book the Shuttle to have guests missing their flights and have to call taxi in urgence.

Just for a one-night stop

The room was spacious for a family and was clean. Separate toilet and bathroom, that was very convenient for 4 people.

The stuff at the breakfast was not polite and did not care at all. The food trays were empty for long time and none filled them up. The cutlery was very dirty. Too far from city center and not easy to get there with public transport.

The location is at the highway and easy to access from the airport by the car. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at night 3 AM, reception was open and check-in was smooth.

Hotel is worn-out and very simple, mostly seems used by truck drivers.

dirty dark hallways and dusty rooms breakfast the hot food are cold and far away feom the city in booking it said that its accessible to public transport but it was not we need to apend 40 wur on every trip by taxi to city center

I will never come back

Free parking and easy access to the airport by car.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. There were some things broken in the room (e.g, hairdryer or wc) and the bathroom has very poor lighting. There was a glass with some liquid in the window when we arrived. Noisy restaurant with quite stressed and not nice staff. Bad (really bad) breakfast. The corridors are creepy, and the carpet is dirty.

location was easy to get to and convenient for our travel, bed was comfy.

the parking lot was extremely crowded and there was nowhere to park at first. we were on the 6th floor and the elevator quit working. the restaurant is open late but the kitchen closes pretty early, food was not great, but it did the trick. kinda felt like a large truck stop hotel.

Could have been better for the price paid

The breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Timing was good and the restaurant staff was very warm and friendly. The girl who cleaned our room was very sweet and she did a great job.

Overall, the staff was friendly except for the male receptionists who always had an attitude and didn't know how to be customer friendly. Maybe be they lack some training. The female receptionists were nice. The room was old and the bathroom was leaking in the shower. There was no kettle provided. So, if you need hot water you need to go to the restaurant. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Altogether, a four star hotel could do much better.

Linen were clean.Double window system was effectively soundproof.Free parking available.

Everything.From the dirty floor to the dingy atmosphere to the bathtub I have requested but refrained from using as it didn't look safe.Breakfast again didn't look safe.Barista didn't know that an espresso should be served with a cup spoon and plate and forgot to replenish the orange juice carafe.Cold cuts didn't look edible to me.Floors in the room were basically worn out laminate from several decades ago.Totally unacceptable for a 2 star but this hotel is rated 4 stars so go figure.As soon as I entered the room I felt like leaving asap but I couldn't get my money back.You pay full amount in advance and is not refundable so you can take it or take it.Basically.

the building outside, inside and the room are ugly. the room has paper wall unstick and curtains not ok, full of mosquitos. no blanket for our bed, but 2 single cover bed in a queen bed. we were cold. breakfast very bad: no fruit, bad cakes, just cold boiled eggs…..
