Nice and fine hotel. 1,5 km from old town but it easy to walk. Good breakfast and nice room. But if you go to the Beach you need car ore taxi. Cuvi beach is a favorite

We arrived very early after an early morning flight, but it was no problem as the person on reception changed the room booked for us to one that was already cleaned and ready. The hotel was further from the old town than we realised. It is an easy walk, but after exploring the old town, we took a taxi back.

Overall a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety. While the location is a bit outside the old town, it’s just a 15-minute walk, so still quite convenient. For the price paid, I’d say it offered good value.

Location: Perfect, as it was easy to find, had lots of parking, and only an easy 20 min walk to old town. Hotel: Very nice, clean, quiet, great breakfast. The hotel offers a laundry service at a great price. Room: Very comfortable, clean, quiet and a great balcony. Staff: Wonderful and very helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. My room had a cute little balcony and it was pleasant place to sit. Eva at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.Everything seemed clean. Breakfast was as both plentiful and delicious . It’s at least a 20 minute walk into town. Someone is not always at the front desk, but they appear eventually. I’d recommend this place for the ( reasonable) price and atmosphere.

The A/C was extremely loud, like a constant screeching noise all night however, we were so tired from all the wonderful things Rovinj and Vrsar has to offer that it didn’t bother us the second night. Staff is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was *chefs kiss* delicious. Parking and property is gated and our room had a beautiful balcony.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and so glad we have chosen it. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient for us as we had a car and drove to nearby vineyards for wine tastings, nearby beaches and restaurants. It was also an easy 15 walk to old town. The hotel was very clean and in a quiet area. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Easy walking access to the town, harbour, forest and beaches.
