Thank you for the amazing stay

Vila Kristina exceeded all our expectations! The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk from both the Old Town and the beach, with a large supermarket nearby. As a family-owned guesthouse, it was exceptionally clean, calm, and offered a great breakfast. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

Great accommodation with superb breakfast and friendly staff.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Varied and tasty breakfast that was nicely laid out and could be eaten in the beautiful garden. Friendly and service-oriented staff.

While the hotel is non-smoking, people do smoke on their balconies - both cigarettes and cigars. As ther balconies are connected, the smell did waft into our rooms which was unpleasant. I like to linit air-con use, but by closing the door, the room would get hot. Perhaps the answer is to limit where on the property people can smoke - at least in the case of cigars.

Very nice!

The room was very spacious, bed quite comfortable, and balcony very clean. It was nice having a 'neighborhood feel' but the street is a bit busy with car noise. Very difficult to drop off luggage with nowhere close to park (there are a few free parking places but they were taken our entire stay; nowhere else nearby to park to get suitcases easily at property). Also worthy to note that everyone will have stairs to walk up - we had 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases ... and we are not young. With that said, the pros outweighed the cons; we recommend it with the caveat that you can do stairs.

Everything was amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

Property was exactly as decribed. Big and super clean rooms. Bathroom was model and spacious. Close distance to nice and roomy beach and historic centre. Hosts were friendly and very lovely. Will be definitely coming back when in Croatia next.

The hosts are very accommodating and helped with all my questions. The room was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was very good. Me and my partner came back on the last few days of our trip. The hosts are extremely personable and very friendly. Wonderful place. Well located near everything: old ton, Marrina, Mulini beach, etc. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was very good; many choices and good coffee! Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no refrigerator in the room; but there was one in the common area hallway. There was no safe in the room.

Amazing 4-night stay

Amazingly friendly and really helpful staff. Breakfast was great with a variety of options, eggs available on request. My single room was very spacious for myself, with a cute balcony facing the inland side. Good location, 15 minutes to the nearest beach, 10-minute walk into the town, a really nice restaurant on the way to the old town too

Apart from the slightly pricey 4-night stay, nothing - everything was amazing!

Wish we could stay longer!

Villa Kristina is even nicer than the photos: beautiful gardens, everything was spotless, cute clean rooms, great showers, excellent breakfast. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful, and there were even little unexpected touches like a clothesline out the window, coffee/tea and a guest fridge for use upstairs that really just took it to the next level. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Don't stay there if you need a parking space

The room was clean, breakfast good, location really good, close to the beach

When looking for the room I filtered the hotels by parking. Most important aspect for us was parking as we had expensive tools in the car and didn't want to leave the car too far. When we arrived at the hotel it turned out it doesn't have parking. There was a public parking (not free) around 7 min walk. When advertising parking, it should be mentioned it's not hotel's parking but public one, not close to the hotel. Where it says 'parking' on booking.com, it should say "(public parking)" right next to it, otherwise it looks like the property has its own parking. We didn't want to park far from the hotel so ended up parking at neighbour's property for €10 per day. Fortunately we only stayed at villa Kristina for one night so we didn't end up spending a fortune on parking. Lady who checked us in said my reservation confirmation gives me info about public charges. That's great, but this is something I should know when making the reservation, not afterwards.
