Small hotel just behind the boulevard and next to the golden cape area. Friendly manager/owner. Nice breakfast. Nice stay for a few days close to the beach and Rovinj.
Staff has little hospitality skills. Room and especially bathroom is very small. No in-room coffee option. Parking is a “disaster”; with a luxury car it’s almost impossible to park in and out.

Location
Outdated rooms, even though I had a “suite”, the room felt claustrophobic. The pillows are way too big and stiff and upon arrival I had to tell the staff to clean the toilet again! Does not deserve 4 stars. It is overpriced for what you get.
