Parking is a bit of a tight situation, but vendor can not do much about it I guess....

Very clean & tidy with friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed with a large walk-in shower. Continental breakfast &/or breakfast cerial included in price.

Fairly long (15-20) minute walk to town centre & limited parking available (3 spaces), but with very reasonable pricing.

We loved our stay in Rovinj!

The location was amazing! An easy, not overly hilly walk to/from the waterfront. We also loved that we had a parking spot in front of the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and there was a great variety of food. The staff were friendly as well.

Location

Outdated rooms, even though I had a “suite”, the room felt claustrophobic. The pillows are way too big and stiff and upon arrival I had to tell the staff to clean the toilet again! Does not deserve 4 stars. It is overpriced for what you get.

Lovely small hotel with very friendly staff in a superb location.

Location is great for both beach and Rovinj old town, both 10 mines walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made me and my dog feel very welcome.

A really good place to stay in Rovinj not far from the beach

The hotel is ok, well located, near the old town and the beach. Special thanks to Ms. Vira for the breakfast and good atmosphere!

While travelling through Istria we noticed that similar hotels in similar towns were a bit cheaper.

Poor

Friendly staff, modern, quiet area

Breakfast was not tasty. Lots of stuff but not fresh, a lot of times we had old bread, eggs were served cold, rarely fresh fruit( canned pineapple is not fresh fruit). Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest, few times we had to ask for toilet paper, clean towels. No balconies, no place to hang wet beach towels or bathing suits. Parking is not included in the price, 12 Euros per day and not easy to park. Be ready to walk, 10 to 15 minutes to beach and 15 minutes to town.

Great value, great service, great facility, great choice.

it is not typical boutique hotel but that is it’s advantage. It’s modest, minimalist and functional. Very clean, well thought through. Best shower in Croatia. Exceptionally good breakfast. Caring and attentive staff especially receptionist.

minibar didn’t work but it was looked after after reporting. Additional charge for carpark at the property.

Not even close to Boutique! price too high for what you get

The lady at the Reception/Breakfast was quite welcoming. The location of the hotel is nice- around 10 minutes from the old center and 5 minutes to the sea. The neighborhood is also quite pleasant.

The only thing that is Boutique in this hotel is the price. Otherwise it is a random 3* hotel-motel or better they should call it bed & breakfast. The price is definitely too high for the value you get. The room was ok, but it was in the attic - when I booked the room I saw that attic room is cheaper and I took another room, not attic. But still we got attic for the higher price. Also, in the room there was a pricelist saying that this room is supposed to be 110 EUR, but we paid 150 EUR. One of the roof windows was broken and it was very dirty (and covered by the curtain to hide it). The toilet was also not completely clean. The water is not hot, just warm and if you are 175cm+ you can't stand in the bathroom, you need to lean. The fridge in the room is very noisy, my mom couldn't sleep normally because of it. The breakfast was strictly at 9am with no options - all guests were instructed to come at the same time and as a result it was a bit crowded. Coffee both from the machine and from the pot is a complete garbage, don't even try it. The food was ok in general, corresponding to 3* hotel. I asked for the parking, but it was not available, I was advised to park somewhere on the street. It was quite a struggle, but after I did find a spot, the Receptionist didn't know if I need to pay for it or not and that I should check it myself (thanks!) The parking on the street turned out to be free, so I advise using it instead of paying additional 12 eur/nigh for hotel parking.

Modern and clean hotel with extremely nice staff and delicious breakfast

I stayed in Hotel Lili for two nights with my family, and we had an excellent stay there. The hotel is very modern, the room I stayed in (junior suite) was spacious with a big comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well too. City centre is 10-15 mins walking away. The breakfast buffet was delicious with good choice and quality food. The hotel manager was extremely nice - he even greeted us personally upon arrival - and provided us with useful tips. We forgot something in our hotel room when we left and he was kind enough to send it back to us by post. He was also flexible with our check-out. All in all a 10/10 experience!

We loved the breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was as good as other reviewers had stated. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We’d thought there was a parking lot. They do have parking available and they’re quite helpful, it just wasn’t what we’d expected and we’d ended up with a larger than reserved rental vehicle. We took full advantage of their assistance with parking. 😀

Great location. Easy walk from the centre of town. Service was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

A little loud as the walls are a bit thin but overall a wonderful spot.
