Excellent stay in Rovinj

Every single person who were there during our stay was absolutely so helpful and welcoming. Luka was there, Patrycja and also another lady who served us the breakfast. Luka’s dinner place recommendation was spot on, Patrycja was there in the morning during our check out which was smooth. The room was sparkling clean and spacious. Their wines were very good we bought some. The parking is very convenient. The location is very good just a few minutes away from the town center (15 mins by walk).

The breakfast was a bit weak. It maybe due to the fact that our stanwas off season.

Captures perfectly what Istria is all about

Beautiful villa-type small hotel with spacious rooms, lovely staff and a pristine vibe. Great breakfast and local produce selection (with a strong emphasis on brilliant wine). The location is an easy walking distance from Rovinj old town, and has a very pretty view of the town itself and the open sea.

A classy spot overlooking Rovinj!

The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the iconic views of Rovinj. The wine made on the estate was very good and nice to sample while watching the sunset. The location provided privacy yet was only a 10-minute walk into town. The staff was cheery and attentive, particularly Agatha, who was a delight!

Breakfast was good, but not quite the level of other places we've stayed. A new coffee machine would help!

Wonderful and unique.

Location was fantastic, easy walk to old town with an incredible view from our balcony (we stayed in an apartment). Wine was delicious, breakfast was good. It was very quiet. We did a wine tasting that was stellar, and we got to watch wine being made while we enjoyed it. Even sampled a grape or two as they went into the crusher. They could do more to educate people about the winemaking process, or to watch and learn during harvest time - I’m 100% sure some people would enjoy that.

AC was broken in the whole place while we were there, and for two of our nights it was quite uncomfortable. It would have been great to have a fan.

Best hotel in Rovinj with super aura

Everything was fine. The hotel is really beautiful and placed close to the center, only few minutes of walk to the old town. The building is modern and well equipped. It was a big plus point to have parking space. All the colleagues were really nice and helpful, every day smiling and helping with any kind of question, request. The room was better than expected, we received bigger room with a marvelous view to the old town, it was a big extra for us. I highly recommend for everyone, who want to come to Rovinj, also we will come back when we can :)

Great location near old town with free parking

Great location with free parking close to old town - easy walk. Enjoyed the breakfast with good variety and catered to gluten free. Room with balcony did not have much of a view, but balcony was under cover so good when it rained- which it did! Would stay again.

Family run hotel in a quiet location with fantastic views of Rovinj

We liked the size of the hotel. Small and very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and very comfortable beds. We Particularly enjoyed wine tasting with Luca who was so knowledgeable ! Make sure you ask for a room at the front of the hotel if you want to see the spectacular view of Rovinj.

Stunning Views and Perfect Location Near the Old Town

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the charming old city, where we spent a lot of time exploring the historic streets, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect combination of comfort, scenery, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of the area!

Just do it!

Beautiful setting with a great view of old town. It was an easy walk to town and from the ferry. We did a wine tasting with Luca who was lots of fun and very knowledgeable. We tasted 4 wines and it took close to 2 hours. It was an experience not just a tasting. The wines were all superb. I would highly recommend. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Relaxing location yet close to the town

Lovely property with excellent rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a more individual experience. A really nice selections of wines available to taste too. Even the cat and dog were friendly.

Room 201 Breathtaking view, friendly hosts, and exceptional wine tasting

Stayed in room 201, a lovely room with a beautiful view of the ild town and the Adriatic sea. The owner, Patricia, and staffs , Agatha and the rest of the staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. ~ 15 min walk to old town. Wine tasting was fantastic, totally recommend it.

Adequate rooms in a nice location

In a quieter part of town yet close to the old town. Very nice charcuterie platter with delicious wine.

Breakfast was not nearly as varied as other spots in our travels. Shower would not drain on its own.

Beautiful View

Lovely big room with a wonderful view of Rovinj. The staff were excellent and we had a really great private wine tasting.

It would have been absolutely wonderful if there was a pool. I was aware when I booked that there wasn't one, but it was so hot it would have been amazing to cool off in.

Stylish boutique hotel. But room for improvement in facilities.

Beautiful setting, & garden though this is not as large as it looks on photos. We had an excellent wine tasting of their vineyard one evening. Tasty wide range of options for breakfast. The reception areas are stylish. Friendly and efficient staff. Room is furnished as modern with a balcony and ac and nice toiletries. The ac was just adequate in hot weather. We had standard room, not superior, those overlook the old town. It is quite small room.. Room has small fridge.

More effort could be made on the look of the balconies which just have basic table and chairs, no lounging furniture even though there was room for different or more furniture. A plant or two would really make sitting there nicer, as staring at bare concrete not very appealing. . Also there is no tea or coffee making facility in the room which would be nice if staying 3 days, as we were. We think the garden could be used better for guest pleasure, there is only two sets of garden furniture to have a drink and relax at. This is not enough when there are a dozen or so rooms. The garden has a stunning view. Baffled why not to let guests enjoy it more. The location is peaceful but 15 mins walk to nearest part of rovinje. Good half hour from the pretty small harbour. Not many ubers around town (unlike in Pula). We assume most people are using their own vehicles.

Simply great. A beautiful, quiet hotel located a short walk from town

A beautiful boutique hotel and winery. The room was modern, clean and lovely! Located in a quiet green space only a 10 minute walk from town. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please their guests. Free parking too.

A great place to see and taste Rovinj

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The winery is within walking distance to Rovinj and not far from the central wine region of Istria. We also liked the warm family atmosphere of a working winery. The wines produced here are delicious and the staff are knowledgeable about each wine. We highly recommend this place for the Istrian experience.

Only negative was some issues with the air conditioning not being turned on so that we and our friends experienced a couple of uncomfortable nights.

View is amazing. Location is very close to old town. The hosts are very kind.

The only thing that bothered me a little was the floor, which creaked when you walk (especially at night when you get up) and the breakfast, which could have been a little better. Everything else is amazing.

Perfect!

This is a lovely and peaceful property just outside the old town area. Luka gave us the friendliest reception and we felt home at once. The breakfast has limited but good options. Free parking at the property and it is only 10mins walking distance from the old town. We will definitely stay here again when in Rovinj!

Would highly recommend

We drove up about 5pm and thought there was a party going in. As it turns out, every night most everybody goes outside to the garden and enjoys drinks before heading off for their plans for the evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is 10 minutes walk out of old town at the edge of a park. Fabulous location! Breakfast is relaxed, plentiful and of good quality.

The location was great with a nice view and only a short walk to the old town. Everyone was really nice and accomodating. The breakfast was very good and all the wines we tried tasted delicious.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Room, location (less than a half mile walk to downtown), view (stunning view of the downtown), wine and tapas tasting, and the breakfast were wonderful! We would absolutely come back and recommend everyone to stay here!
