Nice central hotel, car park was good and ev charging available, a bit of a hike up the stairs as lift only went to 1st floor where our room was on the 2nd floor .

Old hotel that requires an update, plugs didn’t work in the room, and the hallways are like a maze, no parking available and had to mark a mile away. Beds were small and uncomfortable, the bathroom was the only positive as it had actually been updated

Great position in the middle of Arras, 2mins walk to the Grand Place. Comfortable bed & bedroom, spotless bathroom. All staff were efficient & welcoming. Secure parking on-site, for a reasonable fee, but this must be booked in advance as there are not many spaces. Recommend for a visit to Arras - a pretty place with lots of restaurants & bars and an interesting history. Thank you!

Room was very dated, leopard print curtains and lamps is a bit bold compared to what has been shown in photos! The room was very tired and bathroom in major need of revamp. The bed was very comfortable though. Suituated very well though, did get a space in the carpark but prebooked this. Very quiet at night though did need the fan which was provided as the room was very hot.

My tour group of 8 stayed here for the last 2 nights of our trip. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Dined at the hotel restaurant out first night. Excellent service and food was great. Decidef to eat offsite for our 2nd nite. Great location. Very walkable for exploring Arras. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was old but in great shape. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was pretty good, but not great - high step out. Hallway carpets could use updating.

Nicely set back from road and nice Courtyard area. Room was pleasant although the way the bed was situated with the sloping ceilings wasn’t easy getting in and out. Fridge would have been useful. Unfortunately our room was the first so was a bit noisy at times with people walking back and forth. We did however still enjoy our stay.

Friendly welcoming hotel. We didn’t eat here as was a quick stop over although we did have a couple of drinks and sat outside in the courtyard. . Comfortable bed and pillows. They charge for parking and also for dogs. Around €20 each from memory. Pleasant stay.
