Comfortable and convenient for an overnight stay before catching the ferry in Calais

Decent clean room and bathroom with heated mirror to stop fogging. Very convenient, close parking. Had to leave early before breakfast so did not try food. Easy drive into Arras centre which has a beautiful historic centre.

Trading Estate Hotel.

My husband really enjoyed the food. The menu wasn't overwhelming and food was cooked to perfection. The room was warm and the hotel allows dogs.

The room was outdated and we had 2 single beds. The tea facilities were non existent and for the money we paid - not worth it. France is strange in relation to staff not wearing a uniform. Everyone looked liked they were guests!

Would not book here again!

Checking in was easy and rhe receptionist was friendly and pleasant. Plenty of parking outside the property. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean.

Although we appreciate the accommodation was inexpensive, we found the cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor, so much so that neither of us wanted to use the shower! Grimy yellow shower door, mouldy grouting and showing fittings coming away from the wall and a cracked hand basin. Accommodation in need of an upgrade!

reasonable hotel for a short say, easy to find location and 30min easy walk into city centre.

room come but looking a bit tired. food at hotel is pretty good, evening meal was nice and good value, breakfast choices and buffet style very good.

the hotel looks a bit tired in places around the outside, not much, but could do with a lick of paint here and there. it was a good 3 night stopover with a group of guys on motorbikes, but I wouldn't be keen to take stop there with my wife.

Disappointing Stay

Convenience for the tunnel and for Arras.

First room we were given had no lights working in the bedroom. Toilet was unclean and the building generally is very rundown-paint peeling from windows and doors, non-slip matting on walkways was torn and a trip hazard. Bedding was clean.However, the mattress protector makes it virtually impossible to sleep.due to a plastic like mattress protector meaning the sheets come off the bed and it makes a noise everything you move!

Great stop over place

Great place for a stop over back to the UK even though it’s situated in an industrial park . The tunnel is only an hour way and close to the motorway . The staff are lovely and friendly easy check in , the bed was comfy with nice duvet & pillows for a good nights sleep . The food in the restaurant is lovely and great choice for breakfast good value for money . Would stay here again .
