Great for a stop over.

Clean. Great location for stop off to Eurotunnel. Restaurants nearby. Breakfast good.

Difficult to get in, otherwise ok

The location is good. The hotel was clean. We had to call for help when trying to get in, the staff answered promptly & was very helpful

The room was very small The overly complicated process to get in! We had to walk through the carpark, leaving our car outside, into the entrance of the hotel to pay the tourist tax. The machine (pos) didn't work. A very stressful situation when you're tired! It would be so much easier to pay it online, ahead of arrival!, and to get all the necessary codes by email, once again before arrival!

I slept so well. It was unexpected, but needed! Hotel is easy to get to for those using the Tunnel, close to a shopping centre, and a short drive from the beautiful town centre. Easy to enter and secure as a solo female.

Fantastic for a stop off on the way back to the tunnel, from Disneyland

Great location, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine. Car parking was great.

No kettle in the room and the two single beds have been crammed in so there was no space to go at the side and get in them.

Great stop off point!

Great location, lots of shops/food options in the area. We stayed as a large group on our way home from Disneyland before getting Le Shuttle the following day. Room was clean and bathroom was too. Plenty of sockets/USB ports. We ate at the local 'pub' (Au Bureau) which was brilliant and accommodated our large group easily

The USB socket next to the double bed did not work and the bed was a bit hard, but perfectly fine for one night stay

Great basics for a short stopover!

Really efficient and cost effective: it’s designed for stopovers, is minimally efficient, near a supermarket for essentials, secure parking and really, really helpful reception staff and email contact both in advance and after when I had left something behind.

I hesitate to say this, it’s really small and basic. The room is only for sleeping but for the price it is great.

The room and facilities were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, as you’d expect at a hotel chain. For convenience, we booked to stay out of town so we could park our car. Great to sit and have a drink in the common area. Would recommend.

Perfect for short break

The design of the whole hotel was excellent. Plug in the bathroom for hairdryer, good quality hangers, bed and room comfortable. The check in was easy at screen and the man who helped at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

Affordable hotel

1. Breakfast is included with great of choices. 2. Parking for car is spacious.

1. The check in requested your credit card to pay the city tax payment. Without card, you can't chekc in. 2. We check in late at 10pm, paid the citi tax with credit card but the don't have the passcode for the door entrance. We have to call for the security to open the gate.

Didnt stay at the hotel auto reservation didnt work

We could not get the automation reservation to take our cards Despite asking for help several times. I suggested we might have to find another hotel and the response was It s up to you" great leaving a family in the early hours having to find accomoidation. My advive avoiud these hotels and Booking get your act together , easy to take people money and offer nothing when issues arise

The location and staff were excellent and the booking in after hours together with room access was very good.

A double room clearly booked for two people with only one chair in the room is poor. There were not enough pillows. No kettle in the room is somewhat poor. Travelling out of hours with no facilities on arrival isn’t great. The ability to make tea and coffee in the room should always be available. I have a medical condition and can only drink decaf instead so I carry my own. My wife is lactose intolerant so we cater for her. All we needed was a kettle.

Spotlessly clean, good value for money. 24 hr self check in. First time we’ve used self check in and was a bit confused. Once you’ve figured it out, it’s easy and convenient.

Met our expectations and were not dissapointed.

Room was clean as were the facilities. Well located for ease of access for travel around Arras and restaurants. Breakfast was simple. My wife and I sere travellng with our 23 year old daughter, the room was set up perfect. It was on the smaller side but had some privacy for each of us but my daughter felt included which was important to us. Small desk for organizing pictures and tracle plans. Parking no issue and breakfast downstairs.

For the price this was perfect, it was the during a 3 week trip to GB and some battle sites around Europe and this was a cost cutting measure for us. As outlined this met exactly what we needed with basic confort and were happy with the cleanliness of the area and the hotel. We felt safe walking around and access to our car.

Good overnight stay within striking distance of Calais.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Basic accommodation with automated entry. Secure parking for motorcycle. Lots of eating options nearby with a huge Auchan shopping complex across the busy main road.

No hairdryer in room. Hotel not in the centre of Arras but we knew this and is a good option for an overnight stay en route to Calais. Reception is not always manned and gaining access to room is a bit of a faff with codes etc. Beware of automated petrol station at Auchan shopping centre. My credit card was declined then I received a text from my bank asking me to authorise a transaction of £128.35 at Auchan Arras. Ofcourse I refused and they promptly blocked my card for the rest of the trip. Luckily my husband used his card without issue. Took a fair amount of sorting out when I returned home though.
