It felt new and roomy. A lot of room in the rooms and lobby. Loved the bar downstairs. Nice beer selection and great food. Also live music! It also has a great location, being within walking distance of the outlet stores, Bass Pro Shops, and with Lupe's right there in the parking lot.

Loved the staff and hotel but one major issue that the hotel must fix . Did not have hot water to shower so couldn’t shower the night of and waited until the morning and still cold water even after maintenance said twice it was fixed. This is a more luxury hotel and room issues or water issues shouldn’t be a problem

Room was clean, front desk and bar staff very courteous. AC did not keep room as cool as we would have liked. Some weird noise every time after the AC cut off. Otherwise everything couldn’t have been better.

Room 201 is an accessible room for disabled. We had late checkin. The bathroom area floor was dirty and had visible dirt tire marks from previous occupant scooter. Had to wear shoes and throw towels down to shower.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the room—it had a small living room area, and the bed was set apart, almost like having two separate rooms. It felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!

Greasy finger marks on all counters and night stands. Not cleaned. Breakfast buffet was not good. Trash can in the ice/vending room was not changed during our 2 night stay and it had fish in it. Horrible smells!

Booked a suite to accommodate our travel with a <1yr old and the hotel over booked and downgraded our room to a studio. They gave us a discount thag didnt even cover the fees to upgrade to the suite to begin with, but finally gave us more after we complained. Overall, made for a fairly poor experience at the hotel.

The area was right where I needed to be hotel was nice well kept just wish the breakfast was a lot better and that it was a little bit quieter. But over all I would definitely visit again
