Only one robe and slippers in a room for two people, got charged £150 on arrival randomly and was refunded this back but it wasn’t told to us until we arrived, pool was so cold and sauna is being refurbished - again, weren’t told, online says kids until 6pm & there was kids jumping in the pool at 7, again it said it shut at 10pm and shut at 8! Very misleading rules and staff that aren’t enforcing it. Other than that, was an okay stay but probably wouldn’t return.

The room was clean and large. You had a fridge and water bottle that you could fill up by the lift, however, they wanted to charge us €29 per person which I thought was extortionate. I believe it should have been offered at a reduced rate considering we were horel guests....

The hotel use their guests as a bank without permission or paying any interest. I am well aware this is a common behaviour among hotels and something the business need to get away from, a big enterprise using the little man to benefit themselves. I recommend no one that doesn't like to be taken advantage of to stay at these hotels. A suggestion to Expedia is to make it possible for the little man to filter away hotels fooling you and charing deposits for no reason at all.

Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful - the room was a great size and comfortable. Great shower! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with lots of day trips planned - the train station just a minute away and the metro also easily walkable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, which was perfect for us with our two daughters. The bathroom was clean and large, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool had a wonderful view that made our time there even more special.

I enjoyed my stay I needed to rest for the 2 nights while my partner was doing his business in brussels. Very convinient location. Comfortable room. Unfortunately didnt get to use other facilities but everything looked amazing. Will definately stay there again and will recommend to others.

Read a number of negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by room, comfort and service. Hotel is well located close to number of EU institutions, but not ideal if you are in Brussels for tourism. Beside the hideous carpets in the hallways, common areas have ok decoration. Furniture in rooms might be a bit dated, but rooms are nice, on the spacious side and with good, hard beds. The complementary WiFi is rather slow. Did not try the pool or gym. Ate at one of the restaurants in hotel, which served good food at decent prices.

More than i expected from the hotel compared to the price paid and the location which is near a main metro station and centre of Brussels. Gym dated but everything needed for a pro builder. Nice size pool and good breakfast. Go for the family room which was huge

Property was good and staffs were ok. I felt it was not kids friendly as no separate menu for kids. Dinning hall seating arrangement is very much limited for group of 3 or 4 where as it has more for group of 2. I felt this hotel may be good for professionals and rather not for families.

Hotel requires maintenance. Was probably a great hotel once but can see an acceptance of poor standards and arrogant staff who don’t seem to care

No towels available at swimming pool and not enough in room to bring down. Changing room floors covered in hair, had not been cleaned for a while. Broken lockers, no door to change, dirty changing rooms. Hot chocolate for €5 was only heated choco milk from a carton, not made.
