We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was excellent, the room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The room came with a 24 hour transportation pass, which was super convenient because the bus stop in right in front of the property and parking is very expensive in town.
I would suggest that they add screens to the windows because the room was a little stuffy. We wanted to open the windows but saw bugs out of the window even on the 4th floor.

Beautiful location with our rooms looking over Lake Luzern. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On the bus line so very easy to get into Old Town.
My only complaint is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it was noisy. We opened a window by the street noise was also loud. We were there in cool weather so summer must be very hot in the rooms

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was stunning. Transport connections were great. The bed was comfortable.

Located just across the lake with a beautiful view where you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. Easy access to every place with bus stop across the road. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Must visit
