The squeezey hole - if you can get in.

It was close to the train station

Access. The key pad to access the accommodation was faulty and with no support we were locked out of the accommodation at midnight with young kids. The accommodation providers have offered no apology or recognition of the issue and I imagine the next group will also get stuck. The room is the smallest place we've stayed in 6 weeks of touring Europe and had barely any room to move. Being locked out of accommodation with no support due to owners fault is just not OK. I woukd not recommend.

Great stay and amazing location!

Freshly remodeled and brand new everything (even the coffee pot)! And you have an elevator! Remote check in so even if you’re running late, you still have no rush to check in. Right next to metro and the area of Paris you are in gives you a new experience other than being next to the main attractions. Also right next to a grocery store, bakery, and restaurants! Awesome deal for the value! Family of 6 enjoyed the location and new feeling.

Je deconseil le logement

L'emplacement et la literie sont bons et le logement est propre.

Logement au sous-sol avec fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure. Problème : une lumière est constamment allumée la nuit, ce qui donne énormément de lumière dans les chambres (et des différences de luminosité, car la lumière est sur détecteur). Nous avons dû mettre du papier aluminium sur les fenêtres. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, donc le bruit des douches et des sanitaires est important. La porte extérieure reste constamment ouverte.

Ubicación cerca de la estación de metro. Nos cancelaron el vuelo y necesitábamos donde pasar la noche.

Es muy pequeño, éramos 6 personas e imposible moverse por el habitáculo. Tiene dos habitaciones pero las paredes son ventanas, tienes que bajar unas cortinillas para que no te vean de la habitación de al lado ni del comedor.

Très très petit appartement en sous sol, avec 2 chambres de surface à peine plus grande qu'un lit double (on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit). nous étions 4, l'appartement est pensé pour 2 seulement. cela ne vaut pas le prix, en dehors du fait que cela reste très proche de la Gare de Lyon. à vrai dire j'avais l'impression d'avoir été hébergé par un marchand de sommeil tellement c'était petit, même s'il faut reconnaitre que c'était très propre.

Il n'était pas précisé à la réservation que l'ouverture se faisait par digicode .Grosse difficulté car mon portable est trop ancien et je ne pouvais pas aller sur le lien reçu pour accéder au code d'accès .Il a fallu changer mon numéro sur booking et donner celui de mon mari .J'aurais été seule ,je ne pouvais pas accéder à ma chambre.

le hall d'entrée n'est pas très accueillant et pas très propre .beaucoup de personnels ne parlant pas français on se croirait dans un foyer d'accueil .Les chambres heureusement étaient propres la salle de bain et les toilettes aussi .Pas de bruit malgré de nombreux groupes .

Gute Lage, Preis in Ordnung, aber das war's dann....

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Kommunikation per Mail vorab auch in Ordnung.

Der Zugang zur Unterkunft hat auf Anhieb nicht funktioniert, was bereits zu Beginn für unnötigen Stress sorgte. Der telefonische Support war nur schwer zu erreichen – besonders problematisch, wenn man kein Französisch spricht. Mein Zimmer befand sich im Keller. Das einzige Fenster ging in einen langen, dunklen Luftschacht, sodass kein Tageslicht hineingelangte. Die Klimaanlage musste zum Heizen genutzt werden, im Badezimmer gab es jedoch überhaupt keine Heizung. Entsprechend kalt war es dort vor allem am Morgen. Der Fernseher war ungünstig im Eingangs- bzw. Flurbereich angebracht und damit nahezu unbrauchbar. Zudem fehlte im gesamten Zimmer ein Spiegel, abgesehen vom Bad. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Durch sehr laute Zimmernachbarn war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Die Lage war sehr gut da wir früh zum Zug mussten

Zimmer sehr klein und nciht wirklich bequem. Türcode kommt erst am Anreisetag per Mail, da waren wir schon unterwegs und hatten keinen Zugriff auf die Mails mehr. Wurde dann per booking.com Chat geklärt. Nichts für ältere Leute :-)

L'emplacement est parfait.

Je n'avais pas reçu le numéro de l'appartement et les codes de la porte par mail et j'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour réussir à avoir quelqu'un en ligne. Pas de fenêtre dans l'appartement et le seul fenêtron était cassé et on entendait le bruit de dehors comme si on y était. Mauvaise isolation avec les parties communes. L'appartement sentait le tabac (je n'ai pas vu de détecteur de fumée). Le ménage était sommaire.

Hotel vraiment trop bruyant.. mal insonorisé. Impossible de dormir jusqu à 2h du matin. Les gens, on aucun respect...on ne retournera jamais dans cet hotel.. on ne le conseille pas du tout.

Le dimensioni della casa ridottissime,lo avevo letto nelle recensioni ma non pensavo a questi livelli. Nelle camere entrano solo i letti, non c'è spazio neppure per i comodini. Tutte le finestre danno su un corridoio interno, in pratica nessun tipo di areazione. Anche la struttura di per sé è molto ottimizzare con scale tra i piani veramente strette
