Beauquartier - Marais Bourg Tibourg

Service is outstanding, I managed through Whatsup. Good and comfy beds. It has washer and dryer. Location at Le Marais was incredibly convenient.

The stairs, I knew before booking, but I was not expecting such bad shape on the stairs. They were crooked and some of the step kind of broken. Ventilation on the bathroom was very weak.

The property was in an excellent location. A little supermarket directly across the road and absolutely loads of bars and restaurants, sit in and takeout. Really close to a metro. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very very warm when we visited Paris but the position of the property and fans and windows kept us plenty cool enough even without aircon. At night when the bars were louder closing the windows kept out pretty much all of the sound which was great with kids. The instructions from the host prior to the visit were all very clear and the property was easy to find. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

A bit more hanging space for towels as when you have 2 adults and 2 kids one rack is not enough. Also it is great to have a washing machine but there is not an airer for clothes after.

While the website is clear that there is no elevator, it does not mention the nature of the staircase, a semi spiral uneven slippery staircase with in our case 104 steps to the apartment on the 5th floor
