The location , the great decor and charm and the view from our room
They had an issue with a water leak which meant we could not shower on one morning

Best location. Right next to a small square full of fab restaurants and bars. Right on the edge of Le Marais and also v short walk to Notre Dame.
V quirky! Our room was tiny with no facilities or extras. No shampoo etc. you are definitely paying for the location.

Hotel is very basic and way overpriced
Hallways, carpets etc need to be renewed
Extremely small shower room.
No basic amenities such as coffee, tea, coffee pot.
We had to ask for kettle to boil water.

Hotel is a bit run down, needs fresher/cleaner rooms and in need of modern amenities

It would be nice to have at least one English news channel.
Unless one wants to be centrally located, I would not recommend this hotel paying such high price.
