Awesome location! Super huge apartment for Paris and for location! Loved the view from our top floor!
A/C doesn't circulate in downstairs bedroom so it gets warm in there. And the A/C wasn't very powerful overall. Also the sofa and sitting chair were really small so there wasn't much room to sit around. There were chair around eating table.

Location. Bright space.
The host did not answer my message on day one. We could not find a control for AC. The shower floor was very dangerous - need to put a non slip mat there.

Views are spectacular. Layout of the apartment is nice with bed downstairs and up in the mezzanine. Beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes.
Owner/host was incredibly rude. Either didn’t respond to messages or if he did was extremely rude and aggressive. Made the whole stay very stressful. Property looks great in photos and parts are lovely but it is less polished in person. Raised and broken floorboards which haven’t been repaired cause a significant hazard in the entrance to the bedroom. They are unavoidable to get into the room and My daughter ended up with a significant cut. Bathrooms are worn and dirty. The owner just ignored me when I raised the issue over the floorboards and general safety. Would not recommend staying here.
