The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris and added to the Parisian experience.

A beautiful apartment. Very french. We felt like we were getting a local experience compared to staying in a hotel. Plenty of room for two families. Close to the metro, restaurants and the obligatory boulangerie's for breakfast pastries. We would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to go back to Paris.

Getting the key was a bit tricky as we did not have the correct code, but the staff member at the reception of the key pick up hotel was very helpful and sorted it out.

Good despite the awful entrance to the property.

Updated unit, but terrible design/function- would not stay here

Kitchen table was big enough

No hot water flow the first two days. Extremely slow to get someone there to fix it. Was the most overpriced place. The shower in the bedroom didn’t have a door and was not usable without water spraying absolutely everywhere outside the little shower. This meant we had a sopping wet towel on the wood floor mopping up the water that spilled out. Terrible design. Looked super cool, but functionally was awful. Couldn’t open front door with sofa bed open, we we had to close up the bed every time we wanted to leave, which also made it difficult to run down and grab pastries in the morning while people were sleeping… can’t get out without folding that bed up! Overall, this place should not be advertised for more than 4 people. We’re experienced European travelers and would not recommend this place. The half bath has the smallest sink I’ve ever seen and nowhere for a hand towel. I own short term rentals and this place was way overpriced for what it is.

Great apartment for 4 people with separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed(hairdryer, extra pillows, blanket). The apartment is very quiet at night so we slept very well. The metro station is just 1 minute away and there are many restaurants nearby. The supermarket located under the house is a big bonus, because we could buy water and everything we needed right nearby. For a coffee lover like me, it was a big surprise that so much coffee was provided by the accommodation..... usually there are 1-2 capsules per accommodation, but there were probably 15-20 capsules :D

Getting the keys and returning them from a different address was a bit annoying.

Great flat close to Gare de Lyon.

Great location, comfortable beds, shops and all what you need close from the flat. Flat well equipped, a washing would be appreciated. Coffee machine and toaster were very welcome.

The water supply for the shower isn’t well working: difficulty to set temperature and low flow water rate and pressure. The access to the flat isn’t really friendly going around trash tanks and the wooden stairs would need to be cleaned.

Nice place for a weekend in Paris.

The apartment is spacious, the beds are nice and it is generally nicely finished. The location is great. Nice restaurants in the street and there is a supermarket and a bakery right next to the apartment.

It is quite a puzzle before you finally get inside the apartment. Four doors with different access codes, keytags, and above all a lot of stairs. There is no elevator! The quality was a bit disappointing unfortunately. One of the showers was broken. The air conditioning and ventilation did not work, which made it sweltering hot on arrival and it was really very stuffy the first night.

Nightmare!

Here’s the story. The entrance to the unit was through 2 metal gates with 2 long hallways. You had to walk past 5 garbage containers located in the hallways with terrible odor. Possible rat was seen. Once through the last gate you come to a spiral staircase that you have to climb 4 floors. We (the 4 of us) are 69 and 77 years old. Impossible to climb with 50 pound bags. Never told about the climb up these stairs. Not safe. Didn’t stay in unit at all and went to hotel. Would convince other renters to stay away from this place.

Worked well for what we needed.

The apartment was lovely and had what we needed. It is located near a metro station, too. Note the apartment was located on the fourth floor, no elevator, smaller narrow staircase. The only issue is the picking up and dropping off the keys as it is not at the location of the apartment. We were sent detailed instructions but when you arrive by taxi and have luggage and kids, well not always pleasant. We did have a bit of time returning the keys as the door was locked but after banging on the door someone came.

Good stay in Paris!

Appartment was really close to the Gare de Lyon station, which made it easy to get around. Living room was spacious enough for the 5 of us and the bedrooms were far enough apart thst we didn't hear each other. Beds were very comfortable!

There were no trash bags, but we got them easily at the supermarket right downstairs.

A very bad experience from start to end especially with kids.

Nothing except for location

There were many things - 1. Key was not there at the location mentioned in booking.com portal. We found out that they key was with cleaning staff who was still clearing apartment until 5pm. We reached apartment at 3:30 with 3 kids and 1 infant but couldnt enter the property since we didnt have keys. Somehow managed to trespass the main gate and reached our apartment to see that cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms. From the time we arrived and until we found cleaning lady, we kept on calling and messaging property but there was no response. After few hours we received a call from someone who apologised to us and said that we will be compensated for this but nothing happened until now. 2. There was only 1 mirror in whole apartment, that was also broken. 3. Only 2 toilets were there in apartment, Should have been highlighted clearly in listing. 4. No aircon in apartment, it was very suffocating 5. We faced problem with washing machine and stove top. Both of them were not working.

Very poor

Difficult to only have one set of keys for 5 people. Lock box would have been preferable to reception at nearby hotel.

It was noisy…pipes banging within the walls made it hard to sleep. There is only one full bathroom and when we arrived the mirror was malfunctioning. We contacted management immediately. We had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags. The stove wouldn’t work and no instructions on how to use it. No customer service from management and then kept our $1000 deposit. The mirror that was blinking non stop made the bathroom unusable. Emailed/called/texted repeatedly to no response. My husband called 3x and no one ever picked up nor was there a voicemail. I have everything documented. We tried to fix the mirror and it broke when it fell into the sink. This would not have happened had management not ignored us. Totally inexcusable.

Overall I recommend this centrally located and large apartment!

This was a wonderful, spacious and well-decorated apartment. We were a family of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) staying here for 6 nights. Rooms were spread out so we never felt crowded. The place was tastefully decorated without too much clutter. Very comfortable! We were able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy meals at home as well as go out to eat at restaurants in the neighborhood. Great location! (metro/train just a 2 minute walk away, great grocery store right at the the foot of the building, everything close by). There's even a taxi "line" in front of the apartment so easy to get a taxi when leaving.

Didn't love the key pick-up as the people handing over the keys (2 short blocks away) were not very friendly. But we did manage to get the keys and it was easy to return them when we left.

Siamo stati molto bene, l’alloggio era bello e spazioso e molto pulito ci siamo trovati molto bene

La casa era molto bella e pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva (set per il bagno, necessario x la colazione e per il primo giorno)

Quando siamo arrivati ci abbiamo messo quasi un’ora per entrare nel nostro alloggio perché avevano sbagliato a darci il codice per poter ritirare le chiavi e abbiamo chiamato l’assistenza a diversi numeri prima di riuscire a parlare con qualcuno che ci aiutasse. Inoltre siamo rimasti molto delusi quando dopo essere entrati dal portone principale molto bello ci siamo dovuti addentrare in un corridoio stretto e fatiscente in cui alla fine c’era l’ultimo cancello per arrivare alle scale (anche queste abbastanza fatiscenti) sino ad arrivare al 3 piano preoccupati di trovare una casa allo stesso livello delle scale, per fortuna così non è stato. Un altro appunto docce molto belle ma il vetro che evita gli schizzi era troppo piccolo e tutte le volte che facevamo la doccia allagavamo tutto.

Comodità e pulizia.

L'appartamento fa parte di un condominio molto silenzioso in una zona più che comoda ai servizi e ai ristoranti. La stazione dei treni è a circa 40 secondi a piedi. A 100 metri c'è anche un locker per i bagagli. L'appartamento è dotato di cucina fornitissima, due camere da letto, una ha il bagno in camera, letti molto comodi. Pulizia impeccabile e arredamento molto accogliente e gradevole. Due asciugacapelli, forno a microonde,TV, asciugamani e lenzuola profumate. Host gentilissimi e comunicazione ottima.

L'unica pecca è il 4 piano non molto comodo ma l'accesso era molto ben spiegato.

Beaucoup de bons et un bémol

La décoration est soignée, c'est grand et emplacement de choix, même si localisation sur une artère avec beaucoup de passages, est un peu bruyante. L'appartement est néanmoins bien insonorisé.

Impossible de faire fonctionner le système de climatisation. Il fait chaud dans l'appartement car situé plein Sud. L'agence devrait fournir une notice d'utilisation.

Bel appartement malgré un accueil impersonnel et des équipements limités

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Paris , rénové récemment. La chambre parentale est tres grande et Le logement parfaitemenr propre. Possibilité de garer le véhicule dans les multiples parkings autour de la Gare de lyon

Récupérer les clefs relève plus de l’escape game qu’autre chose (in fine après avoir suivi les instructions communiquées par mail nous les avons récupérées directement à l’appartement) Le système de gestion est assez impersonnel: beaucoup de mails, SMS.. cependant, nous avons eu un souci avec une porte qui était bloquée: malgré avoir contacté le gestionnaire lors de l’entrée dans le logement personne n’est intervenu dans les 3 jours. C’est un bel appartement bien rénové mais qui ressemble à un appartement temoin pas vraiment fait pour y vivre (i.e pas d’égouttoir pour la vaisselle?)

L’incroyable espace offert par le logement, la localisation qui permettait un déplacement rapide au centre de Paris, et aussi la proximité des restaurants, ce qui m’a permis de ne pas cuisiner et de faire des achats de nécessiter

Quelque équipement était abîmé potentiellement dû au mauvais traitement des précédents locataires. Mais à part cela le logement n’est pas à blâmer

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Flair!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Tolle Duschen bzw. Bäder - alles neu! Die Lage zu Metro und Busanbindung ist ideal, außerdem in der Nähe des Marais-Viertels und der Seine. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt gleich neben der Wohnung, zudem einige Bistros und Restaurants fußläufig entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte zum Check-in/Check-in immer wieder neue Ansprechpartner (mindestens 4), so dass die Kommunikation manchmal schwierig bzw. nicht immer übereinstimmend war. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Wohnung noch ein Föhn vorrätig wäre, außerdem fehlt eine Teekanne und eine Schüssel zum Geschirrspülen (eine Abschließvorrichtung für das Spülbecken gibt es nicht bzw. hat sich uns nicht erschlossen...)
