Appartement bien situé, quartier calme et proche du métro. Serviettes, petits savons, gels douche et shampoing à disposition. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, réponses rapides.
Confort du lit-canapé un peu sommaire.

Top-Lage, nahe der Innenstadt, Metro-Linien in der Nähe und umgeben von toller Gastronomie und Supermärkten, alles da. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermieter n.
Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Sommer fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage, es wird bullenheiß, auch trotz Ventilatoren. Der Duschabzug funktioniert nur leidlich, somit ist es im Bad lange feucht und warm. Ein Rauchmelder fehlte.

posizione ottima, ben servita dai mezzi e dalla metro, con tanti locali dove poter mangiare e fare colazione. L'host è stato molto disponibile, preciso e attento nel dare ogni tipo di informazione.
manutenzione dell'appartamento da curare, nello specifico alcuni mobili rotti (anta comodino, interno armadio vestiti) e presenza di muffa nel bagno dovuta sicuramente alla mancanza di finestre. Però nell'insieme la sistemazione ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.

Cerca del metro. Cerca de estación de bicis para alquilar y moverse con facilidad. Todo tipo de servicios cerca (supermercados, farmacia, bares/restaurantes) . La casa cuenta con todos los servicios. Los anfitriones siempre pendientes…. Pero comunicarse por Booking es más complicado….
Camas cómodas, pero éramos 6 personas, el sofá cama no estaba tan mal…. Pero un poco duro …. Sin embargo se podía dormir bien. Solemos hacer ejercicio diario… y queríamos lavar la ropa de deporte, pero fue imposible usar la lavadora. Ruidos extraños de ratones detrás de las paredes, por las noches…. No vimos ningún animal al menos….
