AC & 10min from Marais l Center of Paris

Amazing location and the AC was the best of anywhere we stayed. This was a great location near the bastille. Easy to get to the metro and there a couple grocery stores nearby. Also an awesome market to get fruits vegetables cheese pretty much anything you want. Maybe a two minute walk to the market. The unit has 2 AC units and was a lifesaver as were there during record heat. It was so nice coming back to a cold room from very hot long days. Kitchen is great. Shower is nice. Beds are good. A We would stay here again.

If you pick this property read this. When you pick up the keys the instructions they give aren’t great. When you get to the location right outside is a key box and you think this must be it. No it’s not. It took awhile for us to figure it out because another lady was very nice and showed us the other hidden key box. It’s in the laundry mat behind the door in this very small box. I’m not sure we would have found it. We assumed it was the big lockbox right outside but it’s not. Go inside look behind the door and you will see another one. That’s what you want.

L appartement est très bien, mais la solution mis en place pour récupérer les clés gâche tout... il faut aller à un endroit très loin de l appartement pour les récupérer dans un endroit où il est très compliqué de comprendre ce qu il faut faire, personne pour aider, etc... La même chose pour le check-out.c est dommage, il faudrait vraiment changer de méthode car ça gâche vraiment le plaisir.

The apartment was lovely and in a good location for sights and restaurants. We really liked the area. The apartment was well set up with everything you need to cook. It was very clean and tidy. Communication was good. There is easy check in with keys obtained from a place downstairs.

As noted by some others, if you stay on a Friday or Saturday night, there is noise from a club downstairs and people on the street when the bars close and people staying in the street making noise.
