Settle comfortably into this sunny and tastefully decorated apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Designed for your comfort, the space is both elegant and functional, featuring a distinctive checkered floor in the kitchen and impeccable bedding.
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible:
Air conditioning for year-round comfort.
High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, perfect for entertainment or working from home.
Television with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.

- Please note that the sofa can be converted into a bed by simply pulling the strap located in the center, between the two seat cushions. We kindly ask you not to remove the cushions.
As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:
* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,
OR
* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit
If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:
💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.
✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.
🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
