Beautiful 4 people flat in Paris, Bastille

La posizione perfetta, abbastanza centrale e in una zona frequentata anche di notte per cui rientrare a tarda ora non è stato mai un problema. Metropolitana a poca distanza e ottimamente collegato. L’appartamento era molto confortevole e grande per essere Parigi. Si stava comodamente in 4 anche se con un solo bagno.

L’unico punto di miglioramento solo elettrodomestico e cucina un po usurati, la prima impressione può essere non ottimale ma in realtà sono puliti e funzionanti.

The flat was spacious and good for 3-4 people. There were also two working air conditioners in the flat, which made our stay very comfortable in Paris during the heatwave. Also the staff were friendly and flexible and answered really fast.

The property was good but unclean. Despite the fully equipped kitchen, we couldn’t use most of the equipment because they were dirty or in bad condition. For example, most of the tableware were dirty and we couldn’t use the dishwasher because it was also unclean, so we had to buy disposable dishes from the store. Also the coat of the pans were worn and the kettles were either unsuitable for induction stove or in bad condition. In addition, the towels were old, the beddings were not clean and there were stains on them.

Emplacement idéal pour faire la fête et pour visiter Paris. Pour faire la fête: la rue est très animée le soir, avec bar, pub, karaoké, boite de nuit. Dans la chambre, très spacieuse, qui donne de l'autre côté, on n'entend rien du tout, on dort dans le calme total. Les fenêtres du salon, côté rue, sont bien insonorisées (même si le calme absolu n'est pas possible). Pour visiter Paris: on peut aller à pied au bord de la Seine, à Notre-Dame, dans le Marais, se balader dans le quartier (Bastille). Très bien situé pour se promener dans de très jolis quartiers à pied ou en vélib et profiter de Paris.

Tout s'est bien passé. Hôte à l'écoute.

La ubicación al lado de la Bastille pero en una calle de bares. Cerrando la puerta de la habitación y las ventanas, no se oía ruido. El anfitrión muy amable me permitió llegar antes y salir después del checkin/checkout

El colchón era muy blando, la ropa de cama muy usada, los armarios de la cocina muy viejos, el armario del dormitorio estaba lleno de cosas de la casa y tuve que moverlas para hacer sitio para mi ropa. Olía un poco rancio.
