Lokalizacja. Dużo lokali gastronomicznych w pobliżu. Dobra instrukcja meldunku.
Nie przestrzeganie ciszy nocnej przez innych użytkowników. To nie wina właściciela ale dokonując rezerwacji jest to dla mnie ważny aspekt. Brak informacji o stromych schodach.

L’appartamento ha tutto quello che ci si aspetta.
Non c’è ascensore.
Bagno senza finestra.
Assenza di staff che accoglie i clienti. Manca quella persona che accoglie e fornisce qualche suggerimento sul soggiorno.

The location was excellent with the metro and bus station just a few minutes away from the front door. The apartment was cozy and had all the facilities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and had sufficient pillows.
The stairs to the apartment were so narrow and looked quite sketchy. But I guess there isn't anything that can be done about it. They do have to fix the plumbing though as water would always overflow from the shower stall. Also, the kitchen section could do with more lights.
