Solitary confinement.

It was clean enough.

It was tiny like a prison cell. We ended up booking into a hotel instead and only going there to have breakfast. It looked nothing like the majority of the pictures. There was nowhere to even put bags down without blocking the whole space. The tables were like 30cm wide and barely usable. And the street door was permanently unlocked, so anyone could just walk into the building.

Excellent location right next to the Gare de Lyon, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. A compact, comfortable room with good amenities and security. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The stools could be replaced with comfortable chairs. The tariff is a bit steep, even by Paris standards.

Disappointing and poorly designed. Not with the money.

It was clean and had a kettle

It was basically a corridor with beds in glass boxes. The bathroom and toilet were so small you could not properly get ready in them and unless you could get dressed whilst laying on a bed there was nowhere private to change. The bathroom towel rail could accommodate one towel only and was actually broken and fixed poorly - I had to try and fix it when we arrived. The entrance was surrounded with full rubbish bins when we arrived giving a really bad impression of the area. The key card safe was clearly broken and the auto lock did not work every time. We found this out on the first night when we came back and the door had been unlocked all evening. We then had to wait for the lock to decide to close each time we left the apartment. A very disappointing place to stay. We were all happy to leave. Maybe add a floor plan to the listing so people can be informed and not surprised by the ‘apartment’ size and set up.

no air conditioning, no windows to the exterior.. like a cave. When we asked the staff to help use the AC they said ok we are coming and they left until the next day. The next day they said they are asking their colleagues how to use the AC. In the end it never worked.

Smelly bathroom. Shower leaking in the bathroom we we take a shower, flooding all the bathroom. Air conditioning broken. Wifi exist but is almost unusable. Beds very uncomfortable, the mattresses were thin and too large compared to the bed frame, making them not flat. Overall, it is even smaller than what we expected (can't even sit on the toilets with the door closed, the knees hit the door, and getting dressed in the bathroom is impossible without hitting the walls every second). Most disappointing stay in decades of traveling.

The location, adjacent to Gare du Lyon, suited us well. The bed was very comfortable and shower great. Staff were very helpful.

There didn't seem to be much attention to detail with room letting. Eg there was no aircon remote in the room. Perhaps a small thing but for the very small room heating up very quickly and it becoming our problem to rectify). Even then the aircon needed remedial work to activate. And the frypan provided in the room was not induction compatible! Small issues but showing a lack of attention.

Nothing, one can’t rent this out as a 4 person apartment, beds are very narrow, there is no space to move, one ‘bedroom’ has no ventilation, no staff available etc. It was terrible, so we had to book another hotel for the second night

Well, everything. The room was tiny, which is to be expected in Paris unless you want to pay 400€ a night. However, this property used to be some kind of an office and the rooms were freshly installed. Our room was terrible: There was no window with fresh air, only one to the hallway. There was a gap between the ceiling and the windows so all the noise and the smell (smoke from the other guests) came straight into our flat. The worst and also unacceptable part was the mold on the ceiling as it is not just disgusting but also unhealthy. When contacting the clerk downstairs we were promised that they find a solution and that the owner will be only in the next day in the afternoon (not acceptable) and he will contact us. This never happened... At the end we went to a hostel which was much nicer and wasted 190€ for this "accommodation".

It ws to smal for our group , every day electricity fell out, water running down the windows everywhere and because the beds are so close to the window your bedsheets are humid, in the bathroom even worse, no parking facilities so you have to pay every day a lot of money extra

The apartment smelled like it was freshly painted, the shower wouldn't stay constantly hot, it was oscillating between hot and cold, the heater wasn't able heat up the whole place, the room at the end was a bit cold.

Appartamento minimal ma molto pulito e comodo. Comodissima la posizione per chi arriva in treno da Gare de Lyon e per chi prende metro 1. Sotto l'edificio si trovano negozi e una boulangerie. Cucina minimal. Pulizia e dotazione di biancheria ok.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento più grande seguendo i consigli delle recensioni. Eravamo in 4 e c'erano solo 4 sedie. Se fosse stato al completo qualcuno ne rimaneva sprovvisto. Camere effettivamente essenziali, in una ci stava solo il letto.

Appartement microscopique. Nous étions 4 alors que l'appartement était prévu pour 5 et heureusement ! Nous avions de petits sacs ou très petites valises et nous ne savions pas où les mettre. Pas de placard. Même si la cuisine minimaliste est bien conçue, difficile de préparer de gros repas pour 4. Manque d'équipements dans la salle de bains : pas de patère pour les habits, lumière insuffisante pour se voir dans le miroir, manque de tablettes pour poser nos accessoires, manque de barres pour poser et faire sécher nos serviettes. Manque de ventilation (VMC) dans l'appartement et grosse condensation sur les fenêtres. VMC qui ne fonctionne dans la salle de bains que si la lumière est allumée.

La ubicació és immillorable! Molt bon barri, amb equipaments de tot tipus aprop. Estació de metro a tocar, supermercats, restaurants, etc. Té ascensor per pujar cotxet si viatjeu amb petits.

Espai molt reduit, amb parets molt fines. Se sentis el soroll de les habitacions de la resta d'inquilins... alguns fins les tantes de la matinada. Vam trobar els llençols de baix una mica bruts inclús amb algún pel. Al lavabo no hi ha endolls...
