L'emplacement proche des transports, quartier animé et assez sûr mais logement tout de même très calme et silencieux. Le charme de la cour, des vieux escaliers en bois, des poutres apparentes et de l'agencement.
Manque de rangement pour 4 personnes (armoires, tiroirs), un lave-linge aurait été un plus pour un séjour de 5 jours.
