Fantastic location on a lovely square with restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the Metro. Host accessible and very helpful. Ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Kids slept on sofa bed and were very comfortable.
A tiny bit noisy (people talking) in the bedroom at night as there is a restaurant down below but it did not bother us and it would not stop us from staying there again. The noise was gone by 10/11pm.

The building was easy to find. Instructions on how to enter the building where clear. The room is very close to shops, attractions and supermarkets. Very easy to get around. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The host was easy to contact and got back to us promptly.

We stayed here 9 days and it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom good and there was a nespresso machine for morning coffees. The hosts were responsive and the place really clean and good value for central Paris. Easy to walk everywhere and many cafes close by.
It overlooks a square with many buskers and restaurant/bars open until 2am so great for nightlife but not for sleeping with the window open or if you like a quiet area.
