Location excellent
The lock on the door was very difficult to manage even though the maintenance person fixed it on day 2. We still struggled each time we entered the room. Entry to property was keycode for first door then fob for second door then key to room.

We stayed here 9 days and it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom good and there was a nespresso machine for morning coffees. The hosts were responsive and the place really clean and good value for central Paris. Easy to walk everywhere and many cafes close by.
It overlooks a square with many buskers and restaurant/bars open until 2am so great for nightlife but not for sleeping with the window open or if you like a quiet area.
