Super easy check in, all the information arrived in time, the host responds very quickly and is helpful all the time, no stress at all. Superb location, good vibes!

We really enjoyed the location, which was the most important factor for us when choosing the apartment. It is right in the Marais, making it very easy to explore Paris on foot. Although the apartment is very small, we knew this beforehand, and we appreciated how quiet it was, especially considering the central location.

One thing worth noting for future guests is that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, which may be important to consider for anyone travelling with young children, elderly guests, reduced mobility, or heavy luggage. The main concern during our stay was a strong musty, mould-like smell whenever we opened the door to the apartment. We also noticed some dark/black areas in parts of the floor and other areas that made us concerned about possible mould or dampness. One person in our party experienced an irritated throat every morning during the stay. On the last night, we managed to open the window and left it open throughout the night, and the following morning she did not experience the same throat irritation. Of course, we cannot establish that this was related to the apartment, but given the persistent smell and what we observed, we felt it was worth mentioning. We hope the owners will look into this, as otherwise we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the location and how peaceful the apartment was.

L’appartamento è molto piccolo ma c’è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Lo staff molto disponibile.

L’aria condizionata non funziona bene.

Ubicación perfecta. Zona tranquila y buen ambiente. Callejeando un poco cerca del apartamento encuentras muchos sitios para comer. Aún siendo muy pequeño, la cocina está perfectamente equipada, no llegamos a usarla pero tenía de todo. La limpieza era correcta. Calidad precio está bastante desequilibrado, me parece caro para lo que es.

El agua caliente, era más bien templada, pasabas algo de frío en la ducha. Con el código que me facilitaron para entrar al edificio no se podía acceder. A nuestra llegada les escribí para que me dieran un código correcto e insistían en que era ese. Incluso les mandé un vídeo en el que escribía el código y enseñándoles cómo no abría la puerta. Lo peor es que me dijeron que era sí o sí ese código y no me dieron ningún otro. Por suerte vinieron unos vecinos a los 25 minutos de estar esperando en la calle, y nos dieron su código para entrar, que no tenía nada que ver con el que nos facilitaron. En ningún momento de nuestra estancia, nos dieron un código para nuestro acceso, tuvimos que entrar siempre con el que nos dieron los vecinos. Si no les hubiésemos visto, seguiríamos esperando en la calle.
