The coach should be cleaned. Previous tourists made it dirty and stinky. It was difficult to return the keys , ass the shop where was located the nest box it's not 24/7 ,and the host insisted to leave the keys there.

Good location, close to bars, restaurants and the metro. Customer service was always available and fast to respond when we had issues.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standard presented in the listing photos. It was noticeably less clean, with dust and crumbs throughout, and the couch and other furniture were visibly dirty and stained. During our stay, we found at least five bugs in the apartment, including one in the bed. Customer service confirmed it was not a bed bug, which was reassuring, but it was still an unpleasant experience. Basic essentials were not provided, such as hand soap, dishwashing liquid, or dishwasher tablets, meaning we had to purchase these ourselves. When we attempted to use the dishwasher, it began leaking midway through the cycle, forcing us to turn it off and manually remove the water. We were not informed that the dishwasher was faulty or advised not to use it, and it also had a very unpleasant smell. The bathroom was the most problematic area. There is no shower door, so water spreads across the floor and onto the toilet. We cleaned it up using the towels provided, however the towels just remained wet for the entire five day stay. There is no ventilation fan, which resulted in excessive steam and moisture with nothing properly drying. The heated towel rack also stopped working after the first day. While this may be less of an issue in warmer months, without proper ventilation, the apartment is likely to develop mould over time.
