Il soppalco polveroso, noi non ci siamo saliti. La mancanza dell’ascensore per noi non è stato un problema ma andrebbe evidenziato più chiaramente. Sconsiglio a Persone con problemi di deambulazione o famiglie con bambini piccoli o passeggini

Clean and comfortable. Renovated and modern. 4 people fitted in perfectly for short city break. In the heart of Paris. Location is super good.

The 5th floor

The location is great, and the customer service was excellent, both through Booking messages and WhatsApp. The apartment was small, but very well designed and thoughtfully organized. The attic area was especially charming and fun for the girls.

I'm sorry to say this, but I do have one suggestion. We stayed on the 5th floor, and reaching the apartment meant climbing 101 steps. It was quite a challenge! 😄 I was traveling with my 72-year-old mother, two girls, and myself. I'm 41 years old — not so young, but not so old either! However, those stairs exhausted all of us. After returning from our daily sightseeing tours, we simply didn't have the energy to go out again in the evening. For my mother, it was especially difficult, as some parts of the staircase felt rather steep. I'm sure that if we had stayed in the same apartment on the 1st or 2nd floor, our overall holiday experience would have been very different. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Looking at the building, it seems there might even be space to install a small one, since there is an open shaft-like area in the middle of the building. With an elevator, this apartment would be absolutely perfect — 100%! The location, customer service, and apartment itself were excellent; the stairs were the only real drawback for us. 😊
