Property was generally good, suitable for 2 couples or couple plus 2-3 children. It’s well designed with excellent storage and shelving, good stock of dishes/appliances. It’s a decent size, mattresses were reasonable, property came with a vacuum (often overlooked), coded access to doors. 10 mins walk from metro station, in a great local area with excellent boulangeries and shops,
We had minor issues mainly with service of host; Empty soap dispenser (was a faff to get refilled) terrible pillows (which were replaced on request), host doesn’t properly stock for toilet rolls, guests are expected to buy their own and leave behind for next guest (as happened to us and as we did!) some windows obstructed so couldn’t open fully (big issue for the heatwave); no major issues however Please be aware of location: the nearest station Rambuteau isn’t exactly convenient for the usual sights

Extremely tight, looked more like an apartment online, in reality, an awkward return made into a place to rest your head, not spend any time.
