Pere Lachaise Apartments

Well stocked kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils. A dishwasher as well. One large towel provided per person. Washing machine but we didn’t use it. A downstairs toilet was useful as well. Comfortable beds and a generously sized sofa bed. Some basic provisions eg teabags, dishwasher tablets etc which were useful- probably left behind by previous tenants. Excellent quiet location in close proximity to the Pere Lachaise metro, enabling quick and easy travel to all tourist attractions.

It was advertised as having air con but there was none- just the provision of fans in each room. As it was a top floor property, it was safe for us to sleep with the windows open a little bit which helped during the heatwave we experienced. There was no working lock on the upstairs bathroom door. We managed to work around that. The apartment wasn’t fully cleaned on arrival as the cleaner was behind schedule. She came back the next day to finish off. We still were able to put our luggage in at half two on the first day and returned at 5pm but she still wasn’t finished. She was very helpful though and it wasn’t really a big problem for us. Overall, we really enjoyed Paris and would recommend the apartments for a short break.

Good location, close proximity to public transport and local bars and shops, aircon was great and nice facilities in room

Sofa bed was not comfortable, can only access sofa bed from one side of the room

The location was excellent and very easy to check in. Jim was very helpful and accommodating. The location is surrounded by restaurants and places to drink but also very quiet street

There’s a washing machine but no detergent or fabric softener and if you’re only staying for a few days it seems a waste to buy an entire amount. That being said there is a self service laundromat nearby with a machine that dispensed these items for a small fee

Had everything you could want including air conditioning which was essential when we were there. Great location for everything including metro, bus, cafes, bars and local organic supermarkets.

Would have liked a drawer for my underwear and maybe a full length mirror but other than that it really was ideal for our city break.
