Døren til det ene værelse var gået i baglås, så kunne ikke komme ind. Kontaktede udlejer, som sendte en. Han kunne ved hjælp af værktøj tage håndtaget af. Lovede at sætte nyt i dagen efter, men kom ikke. Det ødelagde ikke vores oplevelse, men ærgerligt ikke at holde aftale.

The rooms were comfortable and the location very close to metro. It is on the ground floor so no steps with heavy luggage!! The staff was very responsive to our issues and needs.

When we arrived it was freezing — everything was unplugged (even the WiFi!) and the heat had not been turned on, so not a very good welcome for us. Several of the portable heaters had broken legs, so they sat in the floor and didn’t move easily. The bathroom shower heads need some attention — pressure and water flow is quite poor — and should be deeply cleaned/soaked in vinegar (or replaced). Also, two people cannot shower at the same time … from freezing to scalding continuously. The kitchen is adequately stocked, however there are no pot holders so we had to use our towels to take the food out of the oven. We were provided THREE hangers for the entire 6-person capacity unit, so that was a little surprising. There is no tv viewing unless you have a particular local app, so we were not able to watch any of the Olympics! And the washing machine had no instructions or detergent on hand, so that made for a frustrating yet entertaining adventure!! We settled in nicely however, and it worked well for our group after a little creativity!

Локацията е топ- до метро, близко до магазини и заведения. Апартаментът имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни!

Единствено не бяхме разбрали, че се влиза директно от улицата.

The place felt adequate for our needs and most things were ok, such as the beds and the bathrooms. The kitchenette was stacked with enough dishes and cuttlery and there were coffee capsules (one a day for each guest)

However the sofa was awkward when you sat down, something felt broken, the curtain were weird : the voile curtains and the heavy ones were fixed on the same rod and pulling them open or closed (necessary because of the direct street level) was tricky. One of the rods came out of the hinges and since they were so high from the ground and no step ladder available, I was unable to put them back. The wifi that I was giving did not appear in the list and the host did not respond to my email request, so we were left with having to use our own.
