It's hard to rate Paris accommodation because you're in a unique, fantastic city with tens of millions of tourists every year. Any rating from 7 to 9 could be justified. But this place is quiet with a nice green courtyard. Metro entrance at the door, delicious breakfast places nearby and you're unlikely to meet other tourists. If you don't plan to spend all your time in the room (you're in Paris!), then it will be quite dark (the blinds still don't work and yes, the sink tap is still dancing), but otherwise everything will be sufficient for Paris accommodation options, where you have to pay quite a bit for every little extra wish. It is an hour from CDG, but for those who know how to navigate the city and use city transport app, nothing will prevent you from enjoying this charming city.
One sofa requires you to change your sleeping direction :)

Mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza di Anna la proprietaria dell’appartamento e la posizione.
La pulizia del bagno, la serranda rotta, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, e nessun detergente per lavarci essendo in 6 abbiamo trovato solo una coppia di mini detergenti 🤦🏻‍♀️
