La seguridad de las puertas pasando 3 y con códigos
El olor del baño que faltaban toallas ya que éramos 6. Que los muebles de la terraza estaban rotos y que debajo de los sofás estaba sucio incluido había una chapa de una cerveza. Y uno de los colchones se hundía hacia abajo.

There's a step by step picture guide for accessing the property using codes which was provided closer to the time of arrival - we felt very safe. Once inside, we didn't hear any noise from outside. It was clean, and the sofa beds are easy to prepare (sheets and duvets are provided) and very comfortable. Basic selection of kitchen items and an electric kettle too!
Sometimes the lights didn't work between the internal gate and front door of the apartment, so it was a little dark, but a phone torch is enough to get yout through.

Good location , beside Metro, close to Paris sites, secure property , had all facilities required
One sofa bed very uncomfortable , very basic beds, pillows poor quality .

L’espace était agréable et il étais bien situé
Le personnel pas accueillant, j’ai demandé le mdp wifi et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse donc nous somme rester sans wifi toute une journée.
Et ne répond pas au message tout court.
Agréable pcq j’avais un toit mais si c’était pour avoir ce type d’accueil (même que virtuelle), je ne recommanderais à personne d’y aller
