The accommodation was ideal on every level; good value for money, clean, tidy, rooms were spacious and luxurious, shop nearby, 15 mins walk to the beachfront and free parking. Martyn was very helpful ensuring we had a good stay. Myself and my family would happily come here again.

Very well presented property with excellent kitchen/diner and two large bedrooms. Also a large lounge with tv and recliner sofas. Parking on site was provided although a little tight for my Nissan Juke. The owner was quick to respond to queries. The property was impeccably clean thoughout.Lovely
A minor comment the garden could have used some attention although it was quite pretty but that didn't affect our holiday.

Nice quite location. Very spacious accommodation, everything we needed was supplied. Great value for money.
Postcode for the accommodation was incorrect. Sent us to harbord road in a different village. The postcode advertised is NR2 7BP SHOULD BE NR27 OBP
This would be helpful to be sorted.

Location was fine. Rooms were a decent size. OK for a short stay. Plenty of appliances.
The outside of the property was full of weeds and overgrown. Could have done with a bath mat and a handtowel in the bathroom. Could have done with a washing line, especially in this weather and with two young children. Parking was tight.
