Flat 2 - 24 Cliff Road

Loved being able to cook on site and wash clothes. Spacious property for just the two of us. (It caters for up to 7 people and a baby as there was even a cot. 1 double room, 1 singles room, and a room with two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4) Clean, enough utensils for cooking and appliances. Just outside of town, but only a 5 minute journey to seafront and town centre.

No mirror in any of the bedrooms or hair dryer for the lady to dry hair. Only recommendation to owner is to install a mirror, in the double bedroom and single bedroom. That being said this is a minor quibble and would not prevent us booking here again as it is a lovely venue.

Spaciest, Good size bathroom and shower is good , Fairly quiet area , Car parking space outside, near to bus stop once we found it ,

Sofas a bit on the low side, No dressing table or mirror in the bedroom No hand towel for bathroom or kitchen

Clean, easy to access, great communication with host, had most things that we needed.

It would have been helpful to have a mirror in one of the bedrooms so we could use hair dryers and straighteners (there’s only a mirror in the bathroom). Also we had to hang our towels over the bathroom window as there isn’t a blind and people can clearly see us when using the bathroom-especially at nighttime.

Good location - nice 15 minute coastal walk to centre. Apartment was very clean. Spacious accommodation. Private parking space. Host responded quickly to messages.

Beds not comfortable - 'double' was two singles pushed together and could feel springs. No blind in bathroom window. Window in bedroom was broken - would not close. Shower drain blocked, tray kept filling up with water. Only one mirror in the apartment (bathroom). No dishwasher tablets. Sofas very hard and uncomfortable. Noisy people in apartment above, lots of banging and scraping noises until late at night. All easily fixable issues (except neighbours!) - would stay again if they were rectified.
