Lovely clean property in a perfect location.
Nothing, out stay was perfect!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Cromer. Right in the heart of it all. Nice amount of space in the apartment. Very clean and well presented. Everything we needed was there. Anything else we wanted was just outside the door.
Communication from the owner was excellent and he was very helpful before and during our stay.
Fino (around the corner) is the best restaurant we ate at. Great team and wonderful food. It’s a must do!
Wasn’t a problem for us but the set of stairs into the flat is narrow and steep and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s all one level though.

Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Very well located for the beach and high street.
Even better if there were blackout blinds at the bedroom windows.

Excellent location in the heart of Cromer. Comfortable clean and tastefully furnished. Lots of additional touches which you don't usually get in a self catering apartment. Welcome pack was thoughtful. Smart TV and wi fi great. Beds were really comfy. Bathroom was spacious and towels good quality.
We had to have window open due to warm night and lots of street noise due to it being carnival week. However you can't be in the heart of things and expect perfect quiet. With window closed hardly any noise. The main bedroom was huge and duel aspect but the other two were compact.

The location of Bernard's hideout was amazing!
Everything is right at your door, shops, fish and chips, pubs and the beach. We all couldn't have been any happier.
The apartment was clean and tidy, with WiFi for the kids and TV and Netflix.
We will definitely be booking again for next year
There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was fabulous. There was plenty of room.
The security light across the street kept going on and off every few seconds

Location was amazing and the place was clean and homely. More was provided for us than expected so that was a pleasant surprise. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful.
Nothing.

We liked 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very comfy and cosy. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and spacious and it was warm, relaxing.
Room with bunks had no curtain and lighting too bright to rest in. Main bed needs tightening of screws.the. Next door were quite noisy and outside across street a light kept going on and off. Neither of last 2 can be helped.

Only issue was shower was slippery, but I understand with covid the the need to be safe with shower mat.

excellent location, convenient for everything the family wanted. very clean, and comfy beds. couldn’t be better sited for us.
parking is a juggling act in the nearby public car park, but manageable and really close by. odd payment window of 24 hrs or 7 days. not an accommodation issue but worth considering.

spacious, convenient, comfortable, (teens loved the smart TV)
a little noisy re location but it’s Summer in Cromer. didn’t really bother us.
I found it too light in the bedrooms but I like darkness to sleep. note to self, remember eye mask!

Great location and well furnished apartment with everything you could need for a trip away. Good wifi. Fans provided which was great given the heat during our stay. Super clean and provided very clear instructions.
It was very hot in the apartment, windows only opened a crack due to being 1st floor - but it was also the hottest weekend in a long time. Although pets accepted, I took my small dog with me - on arrival - the rule was not to leave the dog alone in the apartment which made things a bit tricky for us especially as it was so hot and my dog sleeps a lot usually. Linen and towels all great but more towels would have been appreciated - only two small towels were left for the 2 of us. Quite noisy on Saturday night, but with location I would expect that.

Absolutely perfect location. Very short walking distance to everything in town. Plenty of space in the living area if you wanted to spend some time indoors. Very well equipped. Supermarket literally on your doorstep. Nice modern decor. Meadow Road Car Park is a short walking distance away, so you don’t have to worry about finding street parking and moving on before the time limits run out. Host left a little welcome pack of basic essentials which was really helpful as we arrived quite late in the evening. The property had been cleaned prior to arrival but I felt like I needed to give everything a wipe down for my own peace of mind (thanks covid). Everything needed for cleaning was already provided so this was easily done. The host responded to any questions promptly and went in to put the heating on before we arrived (we stayed in December) so it was all lovely and cosy for us.
Honestly can’t fault the place. It’s an older property with fairly steep narrow stairs, so not easily accessible for wheelchair users. I have mobility issues myself so always more aware of these things. Other than that, nothing bad to report.

We particularly loved the central location of the property. All of the rooms were so spacious and had all the facilities we needed. We immediately felt at home. We will definitely be arranging to stay again.
The only complaint was nothing to do with the property - there was quite a bit of noise early morning from the lorries delivering to the co-op.

Location is perfect; right in the centre of Cromer. The flat is double glazed and we did not hear any noise from passers-by or cars. Co-Op right outside and ideal for those things you always forget...!
We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon and (as tourists who don't know the place) finding short-term parking near the flat to unload stuff was a bit of an adventure. A few suggestions pre-arrival would be helpful. We quite easily found free long stay parking by getting up early on the Sunday before the day trippers arrived...

Surprisingly spacious and light, very centrally located, with more facilities than we needed, and a helpful and responsive host.

The location was brilliant--2 minutes' walk from the front! But it wasn't at all noisy.

Close too beach, location great
Lack of parking, I was lucky, found a spot to park the car on the day of arrival, and was able to leave it there. Would have been a big cost too pay for parking for the five days booked

Excellent locations and provisions. Big kitchen. Loved the chaise longue in the bedroom and window seat. Lovely bathroom too. Very clean.
Some of the decor/ light fittings are a bit tired. Double bed is small. Other two bedrooms are small.

The location was fantastic!! the owners are great at communicating. The apartment was very well equipped and the bathroom is amazing. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. We had a good stay overall.
There were minor things like the mattresses were uncomfortable, the finish in areas was poor, huge cobweds in the hallway downstairs,
Dirty skirting boards. This was described and priced at £775 for 3 nights as luxury. Although it was good and very nice and well equipped I couldn't see it as a luxury apartment. Needs a bit of tweaking to be classed as luxury, or managing people's expectations with correct descriptions maybe a thing to consider.

The location of the apartment is perfectly situated right near the beach, supermarkets, town centre and all local amenities. The apartment itself was spacious, tidy, and excellent for the price.
