We had a lovely stay at Seacroft lodge and would definitely consider returning in the future.

This was a great lodge that really suited our families needs. Lovely and quiet, with the added bonus of a sea view. We were visiting family in Cromer so it was the ideal location for us.

If we could suggest anything, it would be to convert the office into an extra toilet/shower. For the amount of bedrooms, it needs it.

The property could do with a bit of TLC in places i.e the conservatory area needs heating and updating. The heating came on at random times and it wouldn't let you adjust it. The pillows could do with replacing.

The views of the sea were wonderful the accommodation was clean and spacious plenty of parking space

On arrival the man at reception greeted me by telling me off. I had pushed in even though I was the only person at the desk! (hello and welcome would have been much nicer) Other members of staff were very friendly and helpful

A lovely break, very clean accommodation and fab facilities.

The location is ideal for walking into Cromer and walking to the beautiful beach at East Runton. The accommodation was plenty big enough for a family of five, and the linen and beds were very comfortable, fresh and clean. The swimming pool was a big win for us, how lovely to have a heated pool, Very well maintained, clean and a great system of an hour swim if busy so everyone can get in, Great life guards too, we used it every afternoon after our days out crabbing and visiting around. The club House had great entertainment and the bar and restaurant was very tidy and lovely staff.

The blinds in the bedrooms were tricky and untidy but other than that a great place.

No soap or shower gel in property No hair dryer Barely any coffee No milk provided It looked like it had been forgotten about and no one had been in. WiFi instructions completely inaccurate Check in instructions and times completely inaccurate. It explicitly states you can only check in after 5pm and before 6pm and then they phone at 3pm asking where you are. Shop and bar very expensive Gravel 'garden' no good for dogs Email communications before stay were completely ignored

The accommodation was excellent,spacious clean and very well situated,easily acesssible for towns,bus stop right outside.

An extra toilet would have been a bonus,computer room not needed.
