No.18 great place to stay

Is been 4th time when we go with family to have a rest in No.18. Is absolutely fantastic place, not too far from Cromer Pier, maybe 3-5 min walk. At the apartment feeling a peace, because is like home but better. Very comfortable beds for good sleep after long walks at the beach need get power back, good size kitchen with everything what can need to cook or just sit around the table and have a chat, because can order home delivery or have take away food. Price is worth every penny... Looking forward to go there back again and again

Best place we've stayed in all the years we've been coming to Cromer.

Perfect location. Lovely property with lots of space and comfort. Amazing bathroom. Lots of helpful items provided such as drying rack, wind breaker, milk and highchair (as requested). Grateful for the parking space and the ease of everything being on the bottom floor as we had a pram.

Comfortable, homely and a great location

The location is perfect for visiting Cromer, and it is great having the parking space. You are a short walk away from the town, pier, beach. Apartment is spacious and was very clean and comfortable. If you were 6 staying in the apartment, just having a single bathroom/toilet could be an issue - but there was only two of us so it did not cause any issue.

Period apartment tastefully decorated in keeping with the victoriana period. Great location few minutes walk to the front and 5 mins into tow . The hosts were perfect. Will definitely book again ... the secret is out ...

Christmas stay at ground floor

This flat is absolutely perfect in so many ways. The location is great, the size is exceptional, it was so clean! Host communication has been excellent throughout, there were nice personal touches throughout (mince pies/chocolates/milk) AND decorated for Christmas! It has the best stocked kitchen of any holiday let I've ever stayed in. Not that we needed it on this occasion but there were lots of beach accessories available for use, lots of helpful information left in/around the flat. Highly Highly recommend!! Can't wait to come back.

The pressure of shower in the bathroom was quite poor and it took a while to shower due to this. HOWEVER having previously lived in and around Cromer this may just be due to the water pressure in the area (as previously experimced in various other holiday lets/previous residences) and wasn't a huge issue for us!

Great second stay. We will be back.

Second stay. Great location. Lovely apartment. Very clean. Heating good. Nice touches with dishwasher tablets and pint of milk in the fridge upon arrival. Kitchen roll supplied too. Can stream through their tv. One of the bedrooms is very large and could house 4 people/kids easily. Parking space a few feet away and large. Enough loo rolls and towels. Big field 1minute walk away for your dog. Apartment very dog friendly. Very good value to money which is why we came back for a second visit. First was in the summer and second visit the winter. Both times good experience.

Nothing the hosts could change but be great to have a second toilet ( when sharing with our teenage sons!) and an outdoor space. Upstairs apartment creates a bit of noise but mainly just people moving around and creaking floorboards. Prob typical for older properties. Really like to have wine glasses in the kitchen. Thought about buying some and leaving them. We love our wine so wry specific request to us.
