The communication and helpfulness of the host.best location, very close to the shops and the beach.the property had all the facilities someone asks for.kids like the crab theme of the rooms.

Amazing location.
Parking (as others have said it’s tight but great to have it)
Responsive owners
A lot of thought has been put in to the apartment (decoration, sky tv, quooker tap, kitchen utensils etc)
Probably due a bit of a refresh and update (welcome book, leaflets, milk sachets all out of date, very clean on surface but needs a deeper clean under beds etc)
The second bedroom was on the other side of the property to the main bedroom - I think great with older kids but not for my 4 year old.

Ideally situated in the town with just a short walk the seafront and pier. The property was well presented and spotlessly clean.
