Keys were in coded box at the door so easy to get in. Good location for nipping back from the beach and town. Plenty of nice coffee shops over the road for breakfast. WiFi worked well in the property. Parking easy to find just a few minutes walk away.
Very dusty with lots of visible cobwebs. Extremely noisy late at night and early in the morning due to its central location. Bunk bed is very wobbly and creaking like it’s ready to fall to bits. Pigeons.

Very sweet little cottage, loved the kitchen! The perfect location, right on the high street but hidden away and super close to the beach. We had a great time visiting Cromer, I brought my dog who loved all the nearby beautiful walks too. Thought it was really good value for money, would definitely come again.

We really loved the location of the property and the overall vibe and style—it had a lot of character and felt thoughtfully designed.
The cleanliness wasn’t up to the standard we expected, particularly the tableware, which needed more attention. We also noticed cobwebs in a few areas. Additionally, a noisy pigeon was quite disruptive and affected our sleep during the stay.
