Surf Cottage is an historic townhouse in the heart of Cromer, just steps from the beach.
A 4 bedroom 3 storey property, close to The Gangway Coffee and Cocktail bar, The Redlion Pub and Restaurant, a short walk to the No1 Cromer Fish and Chip Shop perched close to the top of the steps down to the promenade and beach.
You can pop on your swimmers and be on the beach faster than a seagull can steal your chips!
The property has 4 bedrooms: a large master with ensuite, a king (or two singles), a bedroom with two singles and a set of bunks perfect for two children. There is a high spec kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and an open-plan living dining room with french-doors out to a courtyard garden. Outside in the sun-trap you'll find seating and a bbq.
There is no parking at the property, but there is free street parking and a choice of car-parks within 5 mins walk.
