Staircase leading to first floor landing and door opening to: Lounge: with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, opening into: Open plan kitchen/diner: with gas hob with electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, and dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors, with step down, leading into garden with patio table and chairs and lawn. Please note: Location: beach 12-minute walk, local shops 0.4 miles. 2 x small, well behaved dog permitted at £20.00 per week. Outside: enclosed, mature garden with patio and grass (please note the railway line is beyond the fence) and outdoor furniture. WIFI. Linen and towels provided.
