Great value for money and convenient walk into town and the pier .

We were self catering. Working on a local festival for three days and it was perfect and great value for the cost.

Lovely spot, great space for large families.

Lovely space, with huge rooms and lots of seating. Perfect for large groups, having 2 sitting rooms was a godsend as the kids could have one and the grownups could relax. Great WiFi was appreciated by all, especially the teenagers! We took our tablets so we could watch our usual streaming services, the tvs had Freesat. It is quite old fashioned but we found that charming and it's in a perfect spot. Lovely wrap around garden, will definitely come again. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom would be perfect to bring our elderly parents next time too

Didn't receive instructions to get in on time from the agents but was sorted over the phone. Also the heating needed instructions! It was boiling,we managed to work it out, we were concerned it was costing the owners a small fortune! There is a dishwasher but no tablets, just take some with you.

Disappointing, spend your money elsewhere

The location is brilliant. The house is large and could be a great holiday let but sadly fell short of our expectations

This place is run down. It looks and feels uncared for. The standard of cleanliness was poor on arrival, both bathrooms and the kitchen were dirty.. We found human hair in the beds. Some of the bed linen is old and in poor condition and needs replacing. A lot of the soft furnishings are in need of updating.There was broken garden furniture piled in a heap against the house. The garden is a suntrap but is not looked after, overgrown shrubs and full of weeds. The place is depressing to be honest . We d had enough after 4 nights, packed our bags and headed home 3 days early.

Pretty good, location for the town was excellent, quiet spot plenty off room with many extras.

Park off road was tight, just enough room on the drive to park, but couldn't open passenger door, so had to disembark in the road before parking.

lovely holiday, a spacious house in a great location. House was basic and could do with a little TLC.

the hot water was temperamental and when we arrived the bins were overflowing in the garden.

The driveway was very narrow and impossible to park our Focus in. There was a lack of plates, both dinner and small plates.
