Excellent stay in a lovely home

A very cosy home. Welcome pack on arrival was a nice surprise.

It didn’t bother us, but I think making it clearer it’s next to a busy pub which has loud music on Friday and Saturday would be helpful for families with young children.

We had a wonderful family stay at Seashells. It was super convenient and very close to the pier.

The keys were in the lock safe. Very easy to get in.

Very low ceiling above top flight of stairs needed getting used to. Potentially dangerous unless we took care. Perfect size for 3 of us and space for 4 would have been ok - limited space if there had been 6.

Fantastic cottage a stones throw from the beautiful beach

Perfect beach location, close to everything and within minutes of the sea/beach. Well furnished and appointed with everything you could need for a stay in Cromer.

Fantastic cottage - stairs fairly steep which is just something to consider if travelling with small children or elderly. but perfect for me and my dog :)

Great location: Close to beach and facilities. Very quaint and comfortable.

Loved the beach location and the cottage was a beautiful coastal cottage. Really quaint ! Having 4 beds was also a bonus.

Possible not always suitable for young families as during our stay the Pub next door had live music events over the weekend that played very loud music until 11pm.

Lovely cottage, fantastic location, thoughtful host

Fabulous location, very clean and cosy, welcome pack

The very steep stairs were an issue for my elderly Mother. It took two of us to get her up and down and with only one bathroom on the first floor it wasn’t ideal for us. Some photos of the stairs would have been useful prior to us booking.

Cromer is the perfect location for a seaside break with kids, lots of activities

great central location, moments from the beautiful beach. Very handy for food/grocery shops, coffee, cakes, bakery etc lovely restaurants and a cinema just 5 minutes walk away.

A brilliant property in a great location!

Seashells is a brilliant property in a great location. Really cosy, and it seemed the owners had gone out of their way to make the place well equipped and comfortable. The welcome pack was generous and really nice. Everything that you might need was there, and it was a really great place to stay.

The Location was fabulous, Lovely set up of Christmas tree and lovely welcome cake ect.

Although location was fabulous, the pub next door was fairly noisy,But only Early Evening, It would put me off in high season
